I rarely do a review but I’m taking the time out of my day to write this because Jessica’s customer service was impeccable. My order was long and complicated mainly because I was talking to a group of people over the phone and not once did she seem frustrated. Also said “that wasnt complicated at all!” because I had warned her before I began. Not to mention it was in the middle of Thanksgiving chaos!!! Jessica with the braces you are amazing!!!!!
I went into this McDonald’s location and I recurved plus one customer service from the cashier name kaila ❤️ She was so sweet and showed her personality so though ringing me up! She made sure I got my buffalo sauce

You guys should be ABSOLUTELY disgusted with yourselves! I went in the other day, there were a few working. I'm coming from a Walmart line, and I see 3 of them standing near each other, which seems like talking. There was a ginger boy, a colorful haired girl, and a black haired boy. The ginger had some time of plastic who I learned was Kevin. And the black haired, Jeremy, Not sure on the colorful haired. Here's what happened: I'm walking out the Walmart line to go get some food. I hear a huge pop, and see (Kevin) popping something really loud into the colorful haired girls ears. Right into them. I saw her shriek and run off. She was in the back holding her ear and sobbing yelling to Jeremy how she couldn't hear. You guys should really look about who you hire. That was absolutely disgusting. If that's how your workers are going to treat each other, I am never coming back.

I went to this store tonight at around 9pm. The cashier was very friendly. She had purple/blue hair I didn't get the name. She took my order repeated it to make sure was correct and I got my order pretty quickly. Great cashier.
