I rarely do a review but I’m taking the time out of my day to write this because Jessica’s customer service was impeccable. My order was long and complicated mainly because I was talking to a group of people over the phone and not once did she seem frustrated. Also said “that wasnt complicated at all!” because I had warned her before I began. Not to mention it was in the middle of Thanksgiving chaos!!! Jessica with the braces you are amazing!!!!!
I went into this McDonald’s location and I recurved plus one customer service from the cashier name kaila ❤️ She was so sweet and showed her personality so though ringing me up! She made sure I got my buffalo sauce

The customer service goes above and beyond. My daughter has always to talk to Ronald McDonald and the employee said he would deliver the message to him and her eyes lit up. I've never her eyes and face expression so happy. She's 3 years old and she finally lived her dream.
