It’s unusually hot and humid in this store. People weren’t joking about the lack of customer service. Not a single greeting or acknowledgment, but also it just seemed like I was inconveniencing them by ordering something. ? if the passion fruit jasmine green tea that I ordered wasn’t so darn refreshing with fresh passion fruit bits, the rating would have been much lower. The sugar level wasn’t adjustable, but the drink still tasted really good with a strong tea flavor and not overly sweet. ??

We’ve been here a couple of times , the customer service was never good. The last time was the worst. Employee was texting on the phone, didn’t say hi when we walked in. We took a look at the menu and approached her, she was still on the phone. There was no communication at all, I had to repeat my drink order 3 times and then showed her the drink we wanted on the menu because again, she didn’t come up to customers. We tipped and she didn’t even look at us, she took the receipt and never looked back again. She came back to her phone after that . Whoever was working on Feb 27th taking our order at 9:15pm needs to be trained again.

If I can rate them negative I will!!! Me and my friend walk in and ordered two desserts for takeout, I got the taro signature and my friend ordered a mini q taro tofu, we were ordered by front desk boy, and when I open my dessert at home, it is completely different then what I ordered, he ordered and gave me taro tofu instead of taro signature. So I drove back to the store and ask if I can replace it, because it's not what I want to order. The front desk boy argued with me that he ordered the taro signature for me for sure, and he said this is want I want (taro signature). However I showed him the order sticker on the bowls, it shows taro tofu, then he changed his statement and argued with me that I want taro tofu not taro signature which it's conflict what he first said. And he is refuse to replace the taro tofu to taro signature and blame me l ordered wrong. And he also refuse to have me to talk to the manager because he think he is right and did nothing wrong. Is this how you treat your customer????? I have never seen this kind of bad attitude service ever.

Meh, this place is terrible from service to their food. My friend and I went over to get the grass jelly bowl after hotpot in the same plaza. Servers didn't greeted us and sounded very sleepy when he took our order. I noticed everyone in the store got their orders in a bowl like any usual meetfresh ( if you are dining in) but out bowl came out to be to go bowl. Even the group that came after us got theirs in a ceramic bowl. Anyway, I really like my ube bowl because of the new ube paste they had. My friend ordered a customize bowl with black sesame balls, boba and taro balls which the black sesame balls taste like it was not cooked and very chunky. The bottom of the bowl had little to almost 1/4 ice which made the bowl super warm so I just ended up throwing the rest of it away. Overall, I wouldn't come back to this location.

Great desserts. Always come by and the deserts are good. They never miss. Make sure to get the mango and strawberry combo, it is good. Also add boba, but eat it fast because the boba can get hard. It’s a great place to come with all ages. Great to come after dinner at one of the restaurants around it.

New boba place? Yes please! We had finished dinner and wanted a sweet treat to cap off the evening, so we drove across the street to this spot. Located literally right next door to Miss Dessert (which I have yet to try!), it's spacious and clean and their menu has quite a bit to offer. Their egg waffles looked delectable but I went with their #2 most popular menu item: black sugar boba milk tea. A classic, can't go wrong with that.I ordered and was given a pager; I usually see those at busy restaurants so this was new. My drink was prepared quickly and it looked great. It tasted great too! I ordered it with 50% less sugar since I enjoy the tea flavor and the boba always adds sweetness anyways. I like their cups and hope to reuse it for at-home boba drinks. The receipt has information about their app and rewards, and I got 50 points for signing up. Note: it says you need to make your purchases on the app to earn points so keep that in mind. So many boba and dessert shops around!

Stopped in to meet fresh for some dessert after eating hot pot across the plaza. The mango berry shaved ice was really delicious but definitely not worth the hefty price tag ($15 for a medium).

Service was not great, shaved ice was coarse but the flavor was goodThe boba texture was chewy and some of the the best Ive had in a while!

Stopped in a couple weeks ago because we had a craving for boba and mochi. This location seems smaller, and a little darker than the Chandler location, but it was well decorated and clean. The guy behind the counter was friendly, the menu is pretty extensive, and there is ample parking. It's just one little spot in a chain of Asian spots in that area, anchored by the relatively new AZ International Marketplace. The peanut tofu was surprisingly good (I like peanuts, and tofu) but together? Yeah, it was an interesting combination but it worked well together, and it was filling. We both love mochi so the mochi set was a no-brainer; soft, chewy, and definitely something I would order again. The taro paste milk tea was not as creamy as I have had from other boba tea houses (and I have been to a lot) so I would probably not get that one again. No worries, they have many other options to choose from!My sister ordered the pudding & Q-mochi and holy cow, that was a large helping of sweet goodness.
