Great Ramen! I had the signature dish, $30 , fancy and delicious. But it did seem like the broth was not very warm.

Extremely disappointed in this visit. What used to be a 5 star dish is ruined through undisclosed substitutions. If I'm to pay a premium for the top tier signature ramen dish, I'd expect it to be as described on the menu. The green onions are now but a garnish and serving of green onions have been replaced with raw red onions. The raw red onions are not listed and frankly ruined the dish. The blackened negi was missing.

Great food, great service, great education on noodles and ingredients, you can see the people making it and it’s clean and awesome - well made and likely authentic but I wouldn’t necessarily know for sure since I haven’t been to Japan. Anyways, check it out dope!

Great food! My only complaint was there was no sweet bites to get after dinner. A bit snug inside

Waited several minutes for someone to fill our water despite the space not being that large.

Incredible meal, every time. Cannot recommend the GKO enough! Just had my 10 year anniversary here. I love you forever Shane, and I love you forever Mensho.

Very flavorful and authentic ramen with fresh ingredients. Don't want to go anywhere else for Ramen unless I hear a raving review

Nice ambiance. A bit over-priced. Wished the soup was more hotter in temp. The ramen style here is creamy, like added with cheese. If you don’t like cheesy soups, it may not be your type. The classic ramen we ordered didn’t have eggs… So I had to order it on the side. $$$$
