My family has been going to Mi Amigos for over 20 years! Our favorite is to order two or three open faced cheese crisps with chicken for the whole table. Chips and fresh salsa are amazing and spicy levels can change visit to visit based on the fresh ingredients. I also love their chimichangas. Service is always friendly
I had dinner there as part of a club dinner function. There were about 40 of us in a separate banquet room. I don't recall our server's name but we kept him going non-stop. Food was generally good, although perhaps somewhat generic. Pico de gallo was served as opposed to tomato sauce based salsa. It was distributed sparingly and we had to keep requesting more. I think I used more than a full bowl of it myself (not very large bowls). It was tasty and spicy on the medium side. It's literally on the other side of the city for us so I don't expect to be going back any time soon, but the food was good and I could certainly go again if in the area.
Dietary restrictions: Not much to choose from for those with FODMAP sensitivities. My wife settled for a cheese crisp.
