Pot roast tasted like it came out of a can. Both our meals came out cold. Had to get the nuked. Very disappointed. Wife is making me sleep on the couch tonight!

My husband and I frequently go to Mimi's on Chandler Boulevard and Price Road since we moved here 21 years ago. Often I go there by myself. The food is always delicious and service is very good. Edy is one of their best servers and we've had her help us for years. We're always greeted with a smile and “How have you been?†every time we see her. Edy makes dining out such a pleasant experience. She is conscientious, on top of things and always goes the “extra mile.†Mimi's has a wonderful asset with Edy on their staff. We're blessed it just happens to be “our†Mimi's. Thank you for the BOGO email coupons, too. I go there by myself without using one. It's our family go-to restaurant. Great job as always, Edy, and Mimi's! Took the family out for breakfast and thought of Mimis cafe that's where we choose to go. For Starters hostess didnt seem like she cared very much then the service was slow and pretty bad as well. To make things even worse I found a nice hair in my chicken and waffles( also chicken wasn't seasoned very bland) and the manager offered a waffle with strawberries. So that was good everything else lacked quality and I paid full price for everything. I will for sure choose everywhere else before we even think about going back. It's super frustrating when I simply just would like a nice meal with my family.

Great breakfast. I had the Bacon Avocado Omlette. It was delicious. Oh and the potatoes with cheese, onions and mushrooms added was super yummy. Their muffins melt in your mouth. Service was great.

Had to make a day trip to visit railroad retirement board ( right next door ), up from Tucson. Atmosphere was very pleasant and relaxing. Food was very good as was the service (Alma). Very enjoyable after and before a long day of driving! Yes we would recommend!

Ruined our anniversary. Waited an hour, salad wasn't even brought out. I was then told they were out of what I ordered. We waited so long we had to take our food to go. They gave us the wrong order again. It wasn't even busy on that Monday night. I have been here several times without a problem but I won't be back. Maybe new management or staff.

Went for Valentine's day. Worst place to go. They screwed up my order THREE times. Each time was a different screw up. My boyfriend got to eat part of his dinner and lost his appetite knowing how upset I was to keep having to wait for them to get it right. Our server even told the table next to us that the kitchen is so backed up that they don't know what they are doing. I about lost my mind. Ruined my dinner date completely. Wow I'm furious.
