They put the toppings**all the way to the edge** It's prepared right in front of you. Place was clean with Plenty of seating. Friendly staff. The negative...bottled beer price...really.

Service took 50 mins to get our food, girl behind the counter lost the ticket and gave our pizza away to someone else who then brought it back and then we had to go ask them to get our food. Watched the other guy grab our food too

We love going to MOD Pizza! Some of us are very creative with our pizza topping choices. And some just choose ones off the wall. I mean the pizza doesn't come off the wall. The recipe does. The wood fire oven magnificent! Everyone is always full and just a tiny bit plumper when we leave here.

I’ve been a customer of MOD Pizza for a long time. I moved and have been to this location three times. Two of the three times my order has had to be redone. The first time, a chunk of my pizza was torn off in the grill because it’s stuck to the bottom. It was bad enough that half a slice was missing. The guy even acknowledged that he knew it was torn. Thankfully, I caught it before I left but still had to wait for my order to get redone. I was there tonight and as I’m getting ready to get into my car, I start smelling burnt food. I opened up the box in my front seat to find that the crust is burnt halfway around. I look on the bottom and half of the bottom has multiple burnt spots as well. The lady looks at the guy and asked him if he knew it was burnt, and he shrugged his shoulders to say no he didn’t. How do you not see that the crust is burnt halfway around? He never apologized, but the other store staff did.
So, out of the last three visits… I’ve had issues with two of my orders.
Such horrible customer service, I will not be returning to this location again. And since there isn’t another MOD close by, I’ll take my business elsewhere. The staff can’t even be respectful enough of me to let me know there was an issue before I walked out the door. They handed it to me banking on me not looking over it before I left. I never had these issues at any other MOD.

Waited forever to get my online order. I ordered online and when I got there five minutes after the estimated time they didn’t even have my pizza made to cook. There were only two people working. Been here before and have never had this experience.

First time here and ngl I'm sorry I've been sleeping on this place for years. Pizza was delicious, was quicker than I expected, which was nice. The employee was helpful and suggested downloading the app for weekly offers. I signed up right away and ended up w a free No Name cake! Will be back!
Carlos here at Mod takes care of us a lot. Love this guys. He welcomes us in and generally cares about his attitude towards the customer. Super nice guy. He always gets us thru in a timely manner with a smile. This guys needs to be recognized, not just with a words. I hope his manager sees this and puts a little more on his check each week. Ppl don’t realize that these types of places need more ppl like Carlos to be the face of the company right there out in front . Thanks again sir
