Great place for some good food. Staff was super friendly. Food was delicious. Loved the Hawaiian salad. Chicken katsu was crunchy and sauce was savory.

Not impressed what so ever! I live very close to the place and trusted the reviews I saw. I came in and stood at the register for about 8 minutes before I was acknowledged while the employees just sat in the kitchen talking. I order a 2 meat plate with teriyaki beef and garlic chicken with 2 scoops of fried rice. The beef had no flavor at all and was leather tough, the garlic chicken was just sticky chicken with no flavor and the fried rice was mushy with no flavor. All I tasted was pea’s. The only thing that had flavor was the little slice of pineapple that was in there. Mind you this order didn’t even fill the little 3 slot to-go container and it cost me $25.05, extremely disappointing and very expensive for such small portions and very poor cooking. Will definitely not be returning.

The beef was dry, not enough teriyaki on it not when I’m used to

Before his passing my dad and I would come here every chance we had. I am pacific islander and this is a bit of home for me. My dad lived in Hawaii for over 40yrs and he always said this place reminded him of Hawaii. Now that he is no longer here I still come here for the taste of authentic Hawaiin and remember the good memories shared with My pops. Thanks for being there Mokis!!!

We just spent $102 on 4 dole whips and 4 meals. There was hardly any food and what there was had next to zero flavor. Orange chicken and teriyaki chicken didn’t even taste like either of those things. While the people are nice, the cost and food are not. Better to just google recipes online because it’s cheaper to make at home. The ‘tossed’ salad is just plain chopped salad too. Not a fan. Won’t be returning.

Food is tasty, but expensive ($16.95) for a small portion of food. My chicken katsu was dry and the fried rice was oily.
