My first cup of coffee the rim had caked on, maybe coffee? The second cup had a little lipstick on the side I normally drink from. I decided to keep it and drink from the other side rather than ask a second time for another coffee cup.
I ordered a breakfast combo of eggs, bacon and French toast. The scrambled eggs were great, however the bacon looked old and precooked but warmed up. It was very stiff and looked similar to beef jerky. The French toast was undercovered in the center to the edges and so I told the server about it. They got me another set and they were the same way.. They discounted half of my $13.99 breakfast. And that price did not include the coffee.
Since I got two plates instead of one, when I finished with the eggs and bacon, my server asked if I was all done and ready to go. I said no, I still didn't get my second batch of French toast. I didn't tell them that I didn't care for the bacon and it wasn't the same guy that took care of the coffee cup switch. I had three servers help me out.

This really is the second time I have visited the franchise and I didn't really care for it either time.

First impressions on walking in is that this space smells like dirty mop water. We should have left. I got the chilaquiles. This dish was mainly huge onions and soggy chips. Only good part was the eggs and avocado. This is hospital food.

Don’t recommend ordering take out. Unless you want your watermelon and honey dew on top of your bacon and over easy eggs. This was so disappointing I wasn’t able to eat any of it the bacon was wet, cold and soggy it was dripping with watermelon juice it was super cold and the eggs were also cold and tasted like fruit it was so bad. Not sure why they wouldn’t seperate the fruit. But it ruined the whole breakfast. Won’t do take out from here again. Couldn’t eat the fruit either because it had cold bacon fat on it.

We went for lunch, had the french dip and cheese steak sandwich both lots of meat. The wait staff was fast and friendly, checked on us several times. We will be back for breakfast. Dining room was clean and well organized.

Great food and great atmosphere!!

If you get a chance, order the Eggs Benedict and a side of their homemade chorizo. When it comes out, dump the chorizo all over the Eggs Benedict. That's what I had and it was amazing!!

Definitely would recommend this as a breakfast and lunch option. Our whole party of four was definitely satisfied. Love the basted eggs.

Nice independently owned spot for breakfast. Little gem of a place that's very clean with friendly, courteous, and prompt service. Plenty of variety on the menu. Food is very well prepared and presented -- perfectly poached eggs, fruit very fresh, good coffee, etc. They seem happy to accomodate special dietary requests. Dining room is small and it can get kind of loud at times, but they also have an outside patio. Have not gotten lunch here but several breakfasts and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend this place.

We sat outside early in the morning, and the weather was perfect. Our server was friendly, courteous, helpful, and efficient. We had a nice morning with delicious and gray food!
