Had an early dinner here around 5pm, aside from my party of 2 there was another party of 4 and that was it, very quiet atmosphere at that time. One of the items we ordered was 6 BBQ wings, when we got our food the wings were the regular wings hot sauce. We let them know and they told us they would prepare the correct order for us. Literally took more than 30 minutes to get the wings, meanwhile, no one else came to the restaurant so it was still just us two parties, no one ever came over and said anything to us until they brought the wings and they told us the kitchen got backed up....I imagine to online orders...? Service wasn't great, food was nothing great. I had the Cliffhanger sandwich which was pretty small and had very little meat in it. Tried it once, based on this experience I don't see myself going back...you can get better food and better service for comparable prices somewhere else.

They are always so nice and friendly at this location. Customer service is top notch! Also, I love that there are protein filled items like ham, pepperoni, and garbanzo beans on the salad bar, which is what I often get. Food is always good here!Vegetarian options: Veggie pizzas and cheese pizzas are good

The only reason I left one star is because we NEVER got to try anything. Sat down at a table tonight 3/14/204 at 6:30pm. NO ONE ever said hello, welcome in ,be right with you. There was a short guy with one of your shirts on that walked RIGHT by our table a few times and said nothing. Lobby was packed, dinning room had one other table. They had drinks and we got NOTHING. IF this is how you treat people that come in then I will never try your food. I think it is HORRIBLE service to have someone sit at a table for 30 minutes and NOT even offer so much as a drink let alone start a couple of pizzas for us to eat. That is insane. We just walked out. As we were walking out the door NOT even so much as a thank you come again. NOT a word.

Might have been The cashiers error but they couldn't take it off because of manager wasn't there And people there weren't empowered to correct it so the offset it with something else for me.Parking: Plenty of parking just lock your doors

Just moved to AZ from FL and when I saw Mountain Mike’s logo I instantly recognized it as the place I used to go to in college in CA. Lived up to my expectations 17 years later. Great options and satisfying. Friendly staff as well.
