They do not call if they don't have a certain item on the menu , jus lets you pay for it and doesn't even call customer to ask if they want something else to replace it and no refund, terrible service, ,, DO NOT EVER ORDER ONLINE HERE EVER ,, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO COME HERE

This place was phenomenal!! The customer service was great and the food was A1!!! I went went with my daughter for a late lunch. We shared an order and left. The food was sooo good we went back for dinner and ordered 2 different trays of sushi!! 10/10 would recommend!!

Wasn’t a fan of the sushi charolla was pretty flavorless. I also called my order in the morning for a pickup at 3pm. I ended up still waiting 30 minutes for it to be made when I was the only one in the restaurant. I won’t be back

Just an observation: too many cooks in the kitchen for the food to be cold and tasteless. We received our food at separate times, which took a long time. The waiter was great and kept an eye on us. NOTE for Managers, texting and talking on the phone should not be allow in the kitchen that’s a food contamination hazard and not sanitary at ALL

HORRIBLE! Food was mediocre, service was BAD. And it smells like bad sewage. We went in to meet our friends around 8:30 and told us we had to leave once it was 10 because they had a group. We weren’t even done with our food and they asked us about 7 times if we were done. Unprofessional, the staff are owner were rude. Avoid this place!

Walked in and they turned off the menu screens. Did not greet us , stood at counter, no one made eye contact. Tried to ask for a menu, couldn't talk to the 2 people, kept turning their backs to us. Definitely felt like because we aren't Hispanic they didn't want to serve us. Such a shame, I really wanted to try this place. Found it on tiktok and went out of my way to support a small business. Disappointed

1st time visit. I tried the Hannibal Roll, yum! The sauces were delicious. The Tosti Shrimp 🍤 was huge and really good. The Vaquero Roll (lotsa meat!) was SO GOOD!! The corn in a cup was NOT for me, wayyy too soupy. The Strawberries & Cream cup was bad, we actually returned that cup! $8.99 for strawberry sundae topping cream soup, eww. Servers were nice, didn't hassle us for the strawberry mess. Sister said the steak nachos were mediocre and didn't recommend them for the $16 tag. I will return for the de rolls!

the food was good and the place was nice and clean, i did enjoy that but what makes me not want to come anymore is the service. it was my first time there and probably my last. there was 2 ladies that i saw today around 2pm and the lady who took my order was rude and i felt like she was judging and she didn’t have the welcoming service. Some guy came in to order an online order and i was looking at them and the lady was not welcoming and just gave him the food. They service needs to be better for me to come again everything was good just the service was rude and not welcoming what so ever.

On a whim stopped to try them, the rest of the group said we shoulda gone to the philibertos next door.

We got everything to go. Got a few sushi rolls (they were incredibly bland and the rice was dry) breakfast burrito (which didnt have everything the menu said it would and honeslty looked like a quesadilla when it came out.). They only had bottled and canned drinks available.

Got pretty sick from the food. We know it was the food as it was gotten for breakfast and became unable to eat anything else the rest of the day.

The staff here is super rude and unfriendly. They act like it’s the customer’s fault when they make mistakes and when you’re ordering/asking a question their responses are usually curt and unwelcoming. I left feeling disrespected and unwelcomed, which was disappointing. This experience made me question whether to return or recommend this place to others. Other than that the food is good but the cashiers should humble themselves. It’s not the customer’s fault that you hate your life please do better.
