Very busy Friday night. Appeared to be a trendy eatery. No waitresses or servers to describe menu. Had to use an app to order food and they wanted a 20% tip. Did not complete my order because the bartender was rude. We took off to find food and drinks somewhere else.

Located inside Cider Corps, they serve simple pizzas fast. Service was excellent! Outside patio might be a little rough in the summertime with the West exposure. Great location close to downtown Mesa though!

The first time we came here it was an amazing experience. The food was hot and was by far the best pizza I have ever had. I can't remember the official name of the dish but it's a thin pizza with crushed tomato, garlic, olive oil, and like cheese with cream. It was delicious. The drinks from Cider Corps were also phenominal and the atmosphere was welcoming. Also the food cane out fairly quick which was appreciated and surprising since they were very busy.
The second visit was frustrating at no fault of Mike's Pizza but we went on a Monday and it turns out they are closed on Mondays. We should've checked instead of assuming.
The third visit was a disappointing experience. We went earlier this week, I believe on Tuesday or Wednesday. We decided to dine in so we could eat the pizza hot. It was freezing outaide but we sat to wait anyway because the place was packed inside so there wasn't indoor seating. When the pizza arrived it was only a few degrees from being completely cold pizza and it was also very soggy which was an uncomfortable combination texture wise. Still impressed by the flavor however it is definitely better hot. It was not a great experience the third time.
So that said, so far it's been 50-50 on the experience. I will likely be back again and if the quality improves Ill change the rating but for now I feel it's a fair rating.

Overall, a great atmosphere and the pizza is good. The only thing is we would’ve preferred a little crispier crust given the thin crust. Cheese and toppings were delicious though.

Reducing my rating, based on recent visit.
My recent experience of this establishment was extremely disappointing. We ordered via a QR code and the app itself was glitchy, so this took some time. On kiddo's pizza, we asked for no basil, and on mine, I asked for no smelly gouda cheese. Both of these pizzas came out with these items on. I looked at the receipt and 'No Basil' was definitely on the receipt. As far as the gouda being on mine, that hadn't gone through on the app, so I was stuck with a $30+ pizza I couldn't eat. I went to tell the pizza maker about the cheese issue, and was greeted by a very rude individual, who didn't care.
There's plenty of places to eat around here, so sorry guys, if you can't make it right, I won't be back.

For handmade pizza, you'd think they'd keep a gluten free crust in stock. Not that hard. We would come to Cider Corps way more often if I could eat there too.

Short dark haired Waitress was extremely rude when we politely asked her if a staff member could clean up our table from the previous group. She no joke rolled her eyes at us and whispered under her breath. Then when my brother came up to pick up my pizza, she was extremely rude again? So disappointing due to the high ratings. Customer service is key.

Walked from the History museum. No sign indicating they're was a pizza place. Only sign for cider place. Not taking little kids inside to see if pizza inside. You loose.
