This was my all time favorite place of all time! I just came by for the first time in a while, and they are closed permanently? Does anyone know if they moved? I am so sad. :(

Restaurant is closed. Sign on door shows new business coming soon. Online we. Page says closed until May 16th @ 11:30am. Not sure what is going on New owners??? Just a new name???? Hope they will reopen as a noodle house. They are the best in the valley. Miss that homemade freshness.

I am pretty devastated that they have decided to close since they are hands down one of my favorite restaurants in the valley. Service is extremely fast, and their dishes have phenomenal flavor. I'm going to miss this restaurant a lot :(

I saw this restaurant recommended online, so I wanted to check it out. Note, our GPS just took us to the plaza, but didn't show us where the actual restaurant was. If you're looking at the front of the plaza, it's on the far right corner. The options for vegetarians are limited. We ordered #53 Tomato Fried Egg Noodle Soup, #67 Vegetable Stir Fried Noodle, and #85 Vegetable Fried Rice. I think the soup had a meat broth. That's my fault because I did ask for no meat, but I didn't think to ask about the broth. I wouldn't order that again because of the broth. The noodles and rice were really great though. (I've never tried a fried rice that I liked until now.) I think I'd go back for #67 and #85 again. I also ordered the lemon tea based on a Google review. It tasted like a pulpy Arnold Palmer. It was what you'd expect lemon tea to taste like.We went to the window and watched the guy make noodles. He did it so fast and made it look so easy. Googling it later, I found that it's a difficult skill to master.

The cumin lamb noodles from this place is my rosebud. I recently moved from Arizona to the California Bay Area, but I haven't been able to find any noodles here that can sate my craving for their dry lamb and cumin noodles. The noodles here are the best I've had in the US - fresh and the perfect amount of chewy. I know I'm going here if I ever visit Phoenix again.

Delicious. We ordered 3 bowls of beef noodle soup, one sweet and sour pork and some veggies. Service is good, food came out very fast. Restaurant is a little dated but at least is clean and plenty of seating available for everyone.

Their hand drawn noodles are the best. Unfortunately their last day is next Sunday and they will be closed. So sad

This place had been on my list of places to try for the LONGEST time, and I finally made it! Better late than never, right? Came here on a Saturday during lunch time, and noticed the interior was simple, straight to the point, no frills. They didn't have any music playing either, so we were able to hear each other talk without any difficulty, which was nice. After looking over the menu, we decided to start off with the green onion pancake. We both agreed that it was okay, nothing amazing in texture or flavor. Probably could have used a dipping sauce on the side. But that's just me being used to eating scallion pancakes at other places that come with a dipping sauce. For our main entrees, we had seafood stir fried noodles (with regular noodles), spicy cumin lamb dry noodles (with wide noodles), and the salt & pepper ribs. The seafood stir fried noodles were okay, nothing amazing. The spicy cumin lamb noodles were nice texture wise. Great level of chewiness for the noodles. However, I found that they were lacking in flavor, both spice and seasoning wise. The salt & pepper ribs were the best dish we had! Super tender, with the right amount of salt. However, the pepper part of the salt & pepper was lacking. No balance in flavor unfortunately. Overall, the service was fast, and even though the ambience was nothing special, it was comforting. One thing that really surprised me was that they had freshly made lemonade and not the bottled or fountain kind. If you're planning on going on the weekend around lunchtime, I do recommend going early because they do fill up fast! When we went, we were the third table, but they completely filled up roughly about fifteen to twenty minutes after.

Unlike many other places we frequent, the pork dumplings here did not come from Costco. I love Costco dumplings (pot stickers) but not at a restaurant. These were large, well seasoned, and cooked perfectly. The noodles were everything one could want in hand drawn noodles. And the sauces and soups did not disappoint. The kids running the place were very nice. They have a quite professionalism that I appreciate.

Excellent option for affordable, quality, noodles in the Tempe-Mesa area. Had the hand-pulled thick noodles in both a soup and a dish and thoroughly enjoyed it. The amount of meat added is a little lackluster but the quality and flavor makes up for this. Service is quick and professional. Seating is comfortable and clean.

My only complaint is they were out of duck when I ordered, so I asked for lamb and they were out of that too hah. So I went for Beef soup with wide noodles.

Best fried rice I've ever had and excellent customer service. He was always making sure I had enough water. I just wish it was cheaper since $12 for fried rice is a lot.
