Chips and salsa were good. One of our entries was served on a plate that looked disgusting, shown in pictures. I spoke to the Manager about the plate and he promised it was clean. I told him it didn't matter, the plate looked horrible and should not have been used...... Will not be back. The 2 stars are for the chips and salsa.

It’s true what they say that the Mexican food at Nandos is delicious and authentic, my husband and I went to have lunch yesterday I had the grilled chicken taco salad the portion was generous , my husband had the green chile rice and beans. Dan was our server and he had excellent customer service he made sure the the drinks were full and very accommodating , he’s definitely in the right field . This is great place to have lunch .

So I went and let the staff know that there a an extremely slippery area when you walk into the men’s restroom. 15 minutes later I walk into the men’s restroom again this time with my 4 year old daughter and they made it 10 times worst and put a slippery sign up and my 4 year fell and smacked her head on the floor which the owner witnessed and it’s was absurd that they made it so unsafe when they need to clean a 2 foot by 2 foot area . Thank god it wasn’t an older person who most likely would have broken their back or something. The owner says there was a sign about it being slippery but it was absolutely absurd how slippery it was and the owner should have had more a of a conversation with me about it especially since he was in the bathroom when the incident happened and witnessed the fall. They literally have no care for the safety of their customers. Beware of this establishment because someone is going to get seriously injured there due to their lack of caring for their customers safety. The owner literally didn’t even apologize he just had to be clear there was a sign but they don’t care about hurting a child and even the owner who witnessed this didn’t apologize he just said there was a sign. I’ve lost all respect for the owners of this establishment.

Be aware! I ordered regular portion of Fajitas for $23.50 because I wanted enough to take home for another meal. My friend ordered the same but Lunch portion for $13.50. They were the same exact amount!! When I mentioned to the server, no response. Not right!!!

Nandos has been a family favorite for years. When friends and family come from out of town this is a must on their list. Food is awesome, service is personable and accommodating.

I went out to eat with teammates I’m a 16 year old little to no money on a trip that I spend most of my money on. The bill was 22 dollars and I only had 50 in my account for food. The waitress yelled “no tip” straight to my face and threw my card to the table aggressively which made my other teams feel peer pressured into leaving one when they didn’t have much either. Not a good service either and the food took 1 hour to get to us definitely not coming back.

Our server was amazing! He made the experience! The food was made to order and delicious as usual. This is one of our regular spots. You have to try the fried ice cream!!
Bugs everywhere. We sat by a painted wall and it was covered in what looked like fruit flies. We kept getting swarmed by them and asked to be moved. Next table, same thing. Walls covered in flies that kept landing all over the food and drinks. Asked to talk to the manager, Jake, who could care less. Said the rain from weeks ago and them keeping some doors open caused it and his bug guy was coming tomorrow. Brushed it off, didn't apologize or anything, he apparently doesn't care about the customers or establishment. We've been going here for years and now we will not be going back. Unbelievable for a manger not to care at all. Our waitress, Kelly, was the only positive thing from this experience. Thanks Jake, you just gave Macayo's all of our business. Would not recommend this place anymore.

Terrible customer service from the little blonde hostess who couldn't remember the name of my order and then the next time I asked her she said I'm bringing them up as quickly as I could very rudely and then when my order did come up she didn't even know the name again so regardless of how good this food looks like it may be that put a bad taste in my mouth so I will not be back drive Southeast
