Went to eat dinner on a Tuesday evening with our family, we had a wait of 45 min. As soon as we sat she took drink order, appetizers and our food. It took our waitress 1 hour to bring appetizers out. I get it Tuesday’s can be busy because of the wing special. But a whole hour was ridiculous. Not sure if they were short staff or what the deal was but if that was the case communication goes a long way. Out of the whole 2 hours ish that we were there our drinks only asked to got filled once. Manager was walking around but didn’t seem much of help or attentive with customers. We’ve gone on Tuesday’s before and had never had this bad experience before. I will not be returning to this native New Yorker.

After speaking with the manager, I came back and gave then another chance. Its probably as the manage said, the travel time killed the food [once it leaves the window, its dying food. I get it- but man that was incredible how different it looked and tasted-
My husband said he loved the chicken sandwich, we are both very happy with the redo and they've found themselves a re-customer.

Native has awesome Pizza the pizza is just wow I was really surprised it's really good I also picked up a salad garden salad didn't expect it to be so small for 699 food is excellent just for the money paid for the salad I expected it to be a little bigger
I grabbed the Tuesday wing deal for lunch and ordered online, and it was ready right on time. I got 5 salt and pepper wings and 5 chicken and waffles wings, both dry rubs, and they came with ranch and celery which was a nice touch. The wings were tasty and definitely worth the price, so I’d come back to try more flavors.

My daughter ordered wings and she loved them! I got the chicken tenders, the were so dry and chewy and was blessed with hair in the breading. Yuck!

Incredibly rude staff. My husband and daughters came in to pick up our online order. They stood at the hostess stand and 2 seperate waitresses walked by them multiple times without acknowledging them. It got so bad that my husband went to the bar to ask about picking up the food and the bartender was incredibly rude and snotty and told them they needed to go to the front. They went back to the front and the SAME 2 waitresses continued to walk past them again! One of the waitresses actually SAT DOWN at an empty table and the other one walked off into the back. Finally when she came back and asked my husband if they had been helped yet. Lady, you walked by them MULTIPLE TIMES and ignored them, you knew they hadn't been helped. Your staff needs to get their act together. This id why I will NEVER leave a tip on a pick up order EVER! We will never be back to this location. We will continue to frequent the location on Greenfield and Baseline which has always been great and I would recommend everyone do the same

absolutely LOVE taylor. cannot express enough how above and beyond she goes. one of the only reasons our family dines with Native. her service is unmatched and we are so appreciative for all she does! experience is one worth returning weekly. we love you taylor!
