We love Native's food and drinks and have dined several times in Tempe over the years. No complaints at all. Tonight we decided to eat at the Brown location before a show. We have only done take-out there before and are always enjoy the food and very friendly service. Same for tonight except we couldn't get out of there fast enough. This was due to the very offensive music being played during our visit. It's a nice restaurant, clean and very friendly staff. But the music was intolerable. I have no problem with modern music, but when you have families, sports fans and elderly locals trying to enjoy themselves, the last thing that should be playing loudly are songs with very extremely inappropriate language and subject matter. I was definitely surprised. I am no angel by any means, but this was just too much, even for me. I really hope they edit their playlists or whatever because it's a great place and we'd love to go again sometime.

This place went down hill. The service is absolutely terrible. The hostess looked like she didn't want to be there. They make you eat 15 to 30 mins before seating you because they have hardly any cleaners or waiters. Tables do not get sanitized after guests leave. The food is mediocre at best. Wings are too breaded. Dry rub wings have minimal flavor. Best thing was probably the pizza.

Been here 4x for wings. Love their dry rubs and that they fry them extra crispy. But the last time I got takeout they were tiny and so dry the bones broke. Didn’t finish them. Weren’t cheap either.
We placed a delivery order and half of our wings were missing when it arrrived. They didn't want to fix it, they said it was a door dash issue, but we didn't even use door dash, we used the Native app. Eventually they agreed to make us the rest of the missings wings, and when my husband picked up our order, it wasn't even right..they sent him home with someone else's food ?This isn't the first time we've had this kind of issue with them.

Too many times i've ordered my wings SAUCY & got dry wings! Also ordered pizza special & it was cold like it had been premade & sitting in warming station for quite some time, had to heat in oven. Was going to give 1 star but adding another because the Employees were friendly & place seemed clean with a relaxed ambience... No one was really there so really no excuse for low quality food to come out the kitchen. Pizza & Wing Tuesday at least got me a discount but I feel it reflected in the preparation of the food

Sadly this is $3.99 worth of curly fries and was informed that they weren't able to give me the delicious house ranch to eat with the strips I ordered unless I was a "Dine In" customer. But I've ordered To-Go several times over the years never even knew they had different ranch options very disappointed with my order.

If I could leave 0 starts for this Native I would but there is no option for that. Its close by and I would come in quiet often. The servers a few months back were always amazing and kind and I've never had any issues before until recently . I've gotten the same rude waitress named Josie a couple of times now and she is always with the same negative disgusting attitude as if she doesn't want to be at work or let alone serving guests! No friendly greeting , just what can I get for you , she's very forgetful I don't get why we're waiting 10 minutes for drinks for 3 people? And don't even mention the wait on the food. I'd understand if all the tables were filled but the last 2 times I've been in with my family and same service each time and it's so slow with not many guests in. When my husband got up to pay our bill because she hadn't came back to our table after giving us the check, just to walk to the front and see her at the bar with some man with the most energetic energy which is hilarious because where was that when you were serving our table ? Not once did she smile , which is okay by all means sometimes we have bad days I get it but I miss the old servers I've never had any issues when I sit near the bar, please do better!

We ordered 2 combos, we finished our drinks before the food got to us. Our waitress took out order and did not come to the table until we finished our meals so we never got refills. The woman who brought our food out (not the waitress) served us our meals but the sides were wrong. I ordered onion rings and got curly fries instead. We informed the woman and she brought our onion rings shortly after though they were not thoroughly cooked. They waitress and woman who served our food were both nice.
