Berry Banana burst is my favorite, can’t live without one!!! Love the atmosphere and the people are super nice and friendly. Good by Jamba Juice!
The service at this location is good however the quality control is lacking. When you pay $20 for a smoothie you shouldn't be chewing your smoothie. I like nekter since they don't put unnecessary sugar in their smoothies but come on this is ridiculous.

I placed my order online and again did not get the ingredients I chose. Missing ginger and lemon and I asked for extra. I came in and waited at the pickup counter. A third gal came in to work behind the counter and didn’t even greet me or help while the other 2 gals were busy. Then she touched her face and nose with bare hands and started to touch the fruit that was going in the mixer. I continue to have my orders not complete and bad service. Plus this store continues to not have ingredients but keeps them posted on the app and you don’t get notified that they are missing them but charge full price. This store closes early or doesn’t have ingredients and closes early. I know you can control the app when you don’t have ingredients. Just not kosher. I finally was asked if I was waiting for an order after lots of chitchat with a customer and the 3rd gal who came in behind the counter. Work doesn’t seem to be her thing.

No wonder these kids can’t pay off their student loans! As far as the rating of the smoothie: I would say 5 out of 10. I have had better at half the price. Not sure how they stay in business. Garbage was overflowing outside the door and birds were all over the place picking apart the bags. Staff seemed almost bothered to take your order and rolled their eyes when I gave them zero tip after paying $22 for two small smoothies. Inside was inviting and upbeat music playing. If the staff could keep off of their cell phones for five minutes, I’m sure the atmosphere would have been better. Sorry, I would not recommend Nekter. Way more value to be found at their competitors and likely a more mature staff.
