Every time I order from here they get my order wrong! I have a gluten and dairy allergy and I always request no granola and they ALWAYS put granola on it. I ask for a spoon and they don’t put a spoon in the bag. I request pea protein because of my dairy allergy and I can’t even Trust that they put the correct protein in it due to them ignoring the no granola!

I went in for an Acai bowl. I wasn't sure what to try but Anthony helped me out and gave me some good recommendations. Which i appreciated because I have a hard time deciding especially when I'm hot and hungry. So i went with the Banana berry bowl and he spilt in half made me even happier. He also recommended these yummy protein poppers so tasty!!!! The price was decent and they do military discounts which is a hug plus in my book. Thanks Anthony for your great customer service.
Went in the other day and they were all friendly and quick. I only had a few minutes for lunch and they made multiple bowls and a smoothie for me to bring back to the office. Everyone loved it! I'm definitely going back here. Plus, the juicer in the back was hot and was so nice talking to him.

My mom and I walked in together to place 2 separate orders.
One girl of two walks up from the back and takes my mom orders of two smoothies. I'm standing like THREE steps away from here waiting to go next. The cashier charges my mom and runs to the back.
We were the only ones in line.
One other in the store.
Not even a question of I needed anything?
Simple attention and check in will improve the cust xp instead of leaving me feeling ignored and not valued or appreciated.

We walked in and my 5 year old immediately said he liked how it smelled. Loved the art on the walls, all the fresh fruit behind the counters, and the overall vibe. I ordered a regular sized Pink Flamingo for myself and my small family to share and it was delicious! So perfect with his Arizona heat. I believe a small was $8 and change and the regular was $10 and change before tax and I definitely got what I paid for. I will be going back soon and will reccomend to my friends and family.
