Got two pizzas for takeout. The deep dish crust is has no flavor or crunch. The thin crust is like eating a cracker. Toppings were good, but the sauce also lacked flavor. The two stars are for the toppings.

Usually the Pizza here is pretty good. For deep dish. It's probably the best place to go. The other day, though we went and ordered a pepperoni Pizza and they brought us a Cheese Pizza and we told them they gave us the wrong Pizza. They said, no, the pepperoni is under the cheese. So we started to eat it, and we couldn't find any pepperoni. So we told them, you guys gave us the wrong Pizza and the waiter try to get us a new Pizza. But the manager was being a jerk, and she said, you guys already ate half the Pizza because there was 4 of us, and we all took a slice. But I said, no, we asked first before we started eating it. So I need you to give us a new Pepperoni Pizza.. the correct order. She didn't want to and she went and talked to the owner and finally, they agreed to replace it, but it was just unbelievable that day. They mess up on the order and don't want to give us what we ordered in the first place.

Have not been to nellos in a long time. But have been a fan for years. Been to the mesa location and the old Tempe location before they closed. Recently over holidays I took my best friends mother who is from Bronx New York and she loved it! The service is a 10 (our drinks were never empty) I ordered 3 different pizzas and we ate every single slice. The wings, juicy and cooked nice and crispy. I intend to visit more often.
Nelly’s is starting to drop the ball! Consistency is no longer in the pizza and service. Pizzas have tasted bland and the pizzas lately have a weird taste. Going to test the waters for other Original Chicago Pizza in the area to see who is more consistent in pizza and service.

We ordered the pepperoni pizza and supreme. The pizza had no taste. The garlic bread and marinara were very good so we thought the pizza would be good. Our server was non existent even though there were not many people there. We would like to come back and try something else that isn’t pizza. They do not sell wings.

Usually Nello's is a 5 Star place in my book and I mean for the last 30 years. Tonight the pizza sauce on my pickup order was NOT nellos. It really let me and the family down it had been a while and wanted a good pie but this didn't even taste like Nellos the sauce was missing any sort of spice and that's what makes it. Just wanted to bring it to attention to possibly fix the issue if needed. Thanks!

Delicious! This was my first time eating here, my mind was blown! The antipasto salad with the house dressing is divine!! We also got the cheese bread which was so good dipped in the house dressing. The pizza, we got Brian's pie and the bacon was so crispy and the cheese was so good. If you want good real Italian food. Nellos is your place!! Will be a regular!!!
