This our honest, raw review and no pun intended although raw is the active word concerning the chicken ... ugh! Why do restaurants like this not care? Go out the way to make every experience a nice one? We certainly did and came hoping to enjoy a yummy and satisfying meal. Unfortunately it was not and very concerning as noted.
Disgusting is an understatement. The food, the service and the atmosphere was deplorable! I wish I had followed my gut which paid dearly with stomach ache, and cramping after eating here.
The lady who greeted us could not communicate clearly, didn't understand our order, and was so blaise that we nearly walked out, and we should have. It concerned all of us as it was no telling what they were doing to our food as it was prepared in the back away from eyes to see.
This was very unsettling, concerning and disconcerting. The food was not good, skimpy portion and overkill on rice and vegetables! I mean barely any meat at all! Uh uh never again! The noodles were however good but overly saturated with whatever oil they cooked them in as my colleagues complained that they felt sick the next day. Some even complained of tummy virus (hint-hint) and cramping as aforesaid.
We were so, so disappointed in the entire experience with the cleanliness of the place, the food which lacked flavor and substance (unclear what the substances actually were), the less than enthusiastic host who prepared the food and all of us were excited and totally stoked to try it, even smiling ourselves in anticipation which was quickly diminished.
It was our first time there and our absolute last and we cannot nor recommend this restaurant in good faith. Yet faith in the Heavenly Father and praying over our food is what sustained us and could very well spared us from getting sick, despite the sickening experience we all had such high hopes.

Not gonna lie to be honest with you Keeping it more than a buck. 💯 I was real hesitant on this spot real quick when I first walked in like I smelled this before though like a plumbing smell it threw me off but I went with it anyway. Low-key glad I did. I ordered simple, chicken, lo mein broccoli beef check this out they brought it to me fresh, steaming piping hot and ready to eat in less than 10 minutes. Not bad at all. Now granted, I was the only customer in at the time, but service was phenomenal. Will definitely stop here again for lunch for sure.

Order took longer than expected and all food was cold. PoPo Platter was overly deep fried and tasted burnt with old oil Vegetable Lo-Mein tasted like old vegetables were used - soggy and overcooked Pork Egg Foo Young was delivered sitting in oil - greasy All food items were thrown away Called and spoke with Ninga, who would not offer a refund or credit for future order.

We wanted to give this place to try their lemon chicken… absolute worst food ever… So much breading on the (very small) pieces of chicken- and it tastes like the grease it was fried in… they brought the lemon sauce separate in a round plastic container- it was lumpy (?) and we had to stir it up- lumps did not disappear and there was absolutely no flavor to it at all. Left most of the food and threw it away… came home and made a salad… my husband took Tums! You walk in and place your order at the counter… the gal that took our order was literally texting on her phone the whole time… not a friendly employee in the place… Never ever again… I predict New China will not be around long…

They forgot one of the items I ordered in my delivery. They not only replaced it within 20 minutes, but doubled the size. New China takes care of their customers and the food is good. Thank you New China!
