Novel is amazing! My husband and I were visiting Phoenix and stopped by the Mesa location. I had never had an ice cream stuffed donut and it blew my mind. Absolutely delicious! The service was great and fast as well. Will definitely be visiting again when I’m in town!

staff was so cute and kind poppin out of the window- i got the butter pecan toffee in the warm donut, i wish i would’ve gotten two!!! the location was adorable and super convenient with how late they’re open! definitely worth the drive from tempe

No hours posted anywhere on store front, employees inside just ignored us at the window, then when finally opened, staff has zero personality. Stuffed doughnut was quite delicious. Update: Owner reached out, and was extremely open and discussed the situation, and has restored my faith in small businesses. I will definitely be back with my family.

I tried the signature dessert, the dough melt, and it was great! I chose the butter pecan ice cream and it came stuffed into an old-fashioned glazed donut. The donut was on the order of Krispy Kreme wherein it's light and melts in your mouth. The ice cream tasted fresh and creamy, probably locally made or at least high quality. The two together worked great-- not too sweet and the ice cream didn't melt immediately. It is a messy dessert as the donut sticks to the wrapping. Could use wax paper instead of the regular paper-- would stick less to the wrapper. Highly recommend it though! There's a small shaded area to eat, but only one table.
