Ordered monnte christo sandwich with no powdered sugar. Came out with powdered sugar so he took it back and just re deep fried it. I asked for it to be taken off my order and he never asked if I wanted something else just said ok. Absolutely unacceptable. Will not be recommending this establishment anyone ever

Specifically asked for no bacon on my grilled cheese and had bacon on it. Would have taken it back but was running to a flight, so I had to pick it off. Not pleased with this establishment.

A great place for food and drinks if you are sitting at the airport.

Was at the airport looking for something hot to eat and very surprised at how good the food was and the beer was outstanding we were able to get in and out within 35 minutes and the prices were not outrageous. Nice thing was we were able to sit outside away from all the noise and that was a real Plus

All the bad reviews and the good reviews are spot on for this place as weird as that is. The food is like if your school lunchlady was feeling fancy that day.

The menu is very limited but they have a Monte Cristo so I tried that. It came like a desert item with a flaky powdered sugar-coated croissant that was awesome but a little light on the filling and obvious half melted kraft cheese in the middle. They also give you a little jar of store bought jelly with no utensils to try to dig it out. At least put it in a container and pretend you made it? So I dipped my fries into some smuckers jelly because that's what you do in a fine dining establishment.

Speaking of the fries they were perfectly seasoned but completely cold. They were so well seasoned they still tasted goid with jelly and the ranch dressing I ordered eventually showed up.

The service is what it is. You can spend 20 minutes trying to politely ask for your ranch dressing and being ignored, then they will be awesome for a bit and then go back to ignoring you for all eternity in the middle of your sentence.

The beers were ice cold and they took the extra 30 seconds to slow pour my stout so it had the perfect head. The second one they decided screw that and gave me a beer that was more than half foam.

So is this place good? I have no idea still. I rate it a perfect 3.7 out 5 strars

Sharon was so welcoming… the absolute greatest ambassador for OHSO we’ve ever experienced! Great beers and onion rings today!

Yes, the food and beer are good. However, they serve food on paper that's on a tray. It took me a minute to realize I was eating soggy paper mixed with my meal. Yum! Mental note next time I'm back at Mesa Gateway... ask for no paper. I'll eat it cuz my bill has now been dropped and for 1 person, burger and a beer and eating paper w/o tip $36. Bon appetite!

Wow! Grabbed a beer from bartender and took menus out to the patio. Sat out there and waited and waited and waited, watching servers go by our table and not stopping. We finally decided to stick with the beer only and not spend any $$ here. Reminds us why we quit going to the OHSO’s in Phoenix, same culture!

This is the only place worth going to at this airport.I've been here on three different very busy days and these two ladies have provided fast and friendly service without fail.

Great staff, fantastic beer and a unique outside setting (jets included). As far as airport bars go, we'll done!

Horrible service and the staff was extremely rude!
