I brought my family out for my son’s 14th birthday to watch game 7 of the NBA FINALS. Had a great time until 7 minutes left in a close championship game and the store changed the audio to a soccer game that just started. I tried to talk to the store manager Andres and he told me to email their corporate office. At that time I asked for my check and sat back down, noticing that still 75% of the tvs are still on the NBA Championship but no audio. It’s really disappointing to spend over $200 and get told by the store manager to email their corporate office if I have any complaints. I had to go to the bar next door to finish watching the game. What a disappointment. Horrible management and customer service.
If you’re simply looking for drinks and the “scenery”, you’ll enjoy it here. If you want good, hot, food, you won’t find this here. Ordered boneless wings that were swimming in a puddle of grease and tasted disgusting. Other person ordered nachos that came out cold and soggy. All of which was overpriced. If someone is paying that much for food, anyone would expect better quality. On top of everything, it was ridiculously loud inside that we constantly had to have the server repeat herself as we couldn’t even hear ourselves think. Avoid this place like the plaque.
Great layout and friendly wait staff.
I came in thursday and i had a WONDERFUL time with a really amazing server, her name is Carson! she was extremely attentive, got everything we needed, kept checking on us. I also saw her doing the same with other tables. There was no point of the night i saw her doing anything besides taking care of each of her tables!! I normally don’t write reviews but i was very pleased and she needs the recognition!!! great girl, great food, great service 10/10 will be coming back and hoping i get seated with her again!
Loved the food and our server was great I’ll be coming back soon
Awesome place for sports fans

I went on a super busy night a few days ago and my server Liz was incredible especially since the only wheelchair accessible table was tucked away and hidden in a corner. Came back a few days later on a not so busy time and Angelica was awesome cause my hidden table didn't make it easy to spot me. Food recommendations by the servers was on point and the staff are all amazing and super helpful. I would definitely come back again and again for the food

The bar and food itself are good. I've gone multiple times, and waitresses are always nice and helpful. This past time we went for my son's birthday, the waitresses seemed like she was in a bad mood and took FOREVER to come back.
One of the cons to me is around 8:30 or 8:45 the music gets extremely loud! Like so loud you can't hear the people right next to you. You have to pretty much put your mouth on their ear so they can hear you. It was so loud, the table was shaking. On weekends, I can see the music being louder, but we went during the week. The music volume alone makes me not want to go back

Jazz and Liz were the best. Fight night was great, but these two ladies were amazing to talk to all night. Jazz is very beautiful and very nice to talk to throughout the night. Best service we've ever had there at that location. -Nic-

Any place you have to get patted down to come in for a beer and some food is a no thank you for me. The music is great, but way too loud for only about 10 customers, Maybe if the place was packed it would have been the right volume. I sat down with the friends I was meeting and we decided to leave before we ordered, so I can't comment on the food or drink service.

I visited Ojos Locos Sports Cantina located at 1656 S. Alma School Road in Mesa, Arizona on a Thursday around 1:30 p.m. An easy observation is that the name of this restaurant is in Spanish, so it’s not surprising that the decorations inside this place are a Latin American theme which includes words on the walls written in the Spanish language. As it’s a Sports Cantina, there are several large screen televisions on the walls which were playing different sporting events. Since it was the afternoon, there were no live games being televised, but one television was showing recaps of last night’s NBA games. Another was showing Fútbol (Soccer) with captions in Spanish. There was also Latin style music playing over the sound system which had pretty decent bass. The name of the place, Ojos Locos, is Spanish for Crazy Eyes, which is in reference to the scantily clad women who work there. This restaurant is similar in nature to Tilted Kilt and Hooters in that regard. I was hungry for chicken wings, but when I looked at the menu, a dozen bone-in wings cost $18, so I changed my mind. Instead, I ordered the Gringo Burger, which came with a generous portion of French Fries. I also ordered a Coca-Cola. The cost after tax was $18.93. My server provided prompt service with a smile, and the food was delivered pretty quickly. The Gringo Burger plus fries was hot and delicious. She checked in on me a couple times during the meal to ask how the food was and if I needed anything. After I finished eating, she asked me how everything was and if there was anything else I wanted to order. After finishing this meal, I was full and satisfied, so there was nothing else I needed. I would recommend Ojos Locos to others and I’d come back, but probably not for chicken wings, which at $1.50 each is more money than I want to pay for what I get.

This place is so overrated. Went with a party of 4 to watch football. They were blasting a soccer game so loud we left. Couldn’t hear the ppl sitting at my table. Also, been to the one in Texas and the waitresses are attractive and friendly. Not the case here. Also most of the guests were construction laborers wasted out of their minds at 10am…
