Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Amazing service. This is the best Olive Garden I have ever visited. The breadsticks were perfectly seasoned and cooked well. Not too salty or hard. The soups were all fresh and hot, with plenty of gnocchi in the chicken and gnocchi. My angel hair with meat sauce had plenty of sauce where other Olive Gardens skimp on the portion. Our server was amazing. The manager visited our table too and was great.

I feel so bad for this I HATE writing bad reviews but this one needed to be done. Can someone check on the waitress named Kat? Girl was NOT happy to be there. I asked for water and she straight up said “if i remember” Like girl😭 LOVE the transparency but… !! She also forgot a couple of things throughout the night which I understand can happen when they are busy. I just hate to think of the backlash that she and other workers could get if she approaches every table with the “i hate you because i hate my job” energy :/

Always a good experience at the Olive Garden. Service was very good throughout the meal. All three people at the table ordered Seafood Alfredo and it didn’t disappoint.

Food was standard but what really made my night was Edison’s service. He was very attentive and also extremely friendly. With excellent service and constant check in’s he is the definition of excellent service! Most friendly and hospitable server I’ve met in a while.

The food was great, as always, but some of the floor staff need some serious work as of lately.

Let me preface by saying I "grew up" in the service industry (I was the manager's kid getting dragged into staff meetings bright and early on weekend mornings) so I know a little patience and understanding is required, especially with larger parties.

We're a big family and come here often for family events, as we did on Sunday afternoon. We usually don't have to wait more than an hour for a table but we only had 16 people this time (usually between 20-25), so I was optimistic when the hostess gave us a wait time of only 20-30 minutes. Unfortunately we wound up having to wait over an hour to be seated. After the 40 minute mark, we were told they were waiting for "one more table to clear" at least 3 times over the next 30 minutes.

Everything else went fine until we were ready to leave and it took an act of congress to get our to-go containers. I had asked our waitress for my daughter's to-go cup 3 times and she still forgot. And once the bill was paid she completely ignored me all together, even walking right passed me, with my hand up, like I was invisible. I finally had to flag down a random waitress from another section, who was kind enough to quickly grab a cup and apologized for the wait.

After all of that, the biggest kicker wasn't that we weren't comped for waiting over twice as long as we were quoted to be seated (I was grumpy about that but whatever), or the fact that my husband and I were billed for his nephews playing with the tablet (his nephews weren't on our bill, and the boys AND the tablet were all the way at the other end of the table) the biggest wtf moment was when we brought up the discrepancy to our waitress and she tried to argue with us! Yeah, I don't doubt one bit that they played with it, but we weren't in charge of them and we weren't paying for their food, so we sure as heck weren't paying for their games either!

We got to the restaurant at about 12:30 and didn't leave until almost 4pm. That was the most frustrating 3 hours of an event that was supposed to be a joyful.

Jorden S was a wonderful server. Very attentive, and food was perfect. She was on top of everything during a very busy night.

Kid-friendliness: Have a kids menu with good options. Pizza was delicious.

Service horrible had to wait 20 min to be recognized at the bar. Bartender didn’t even introduce herself just handed the menu and showed kinda attentive service to other customers sitting at the bar except us. 450pm 1/19. My family owned a restaurant before so I know how customer service works. I love their food but not the service at all. Hope they should find ways how to train their employees about good customer service and how to handle busy times of the restaurant. Not my to-go-place anymore.

Let’s talk about my food being hot and just made ! Give this place a strong 10! Everything was fresh. Even the tomatoes were cut just enough. We loved the salad! We ordered online, when picking up our food it was ready and hot! Kudos to the staff at this location. Definitely will return. Thank you for a great dinner.
