First time at this location. Phoebe was an absolute angel! So kind, helpful, asked us questions when prepping our smoothies to make sure it fit our dietary needs. She even wrote down my order (new blend for me) to make sure I had it in the future !

I would usually do four stars but today change my opinion. I was there getting a shake and my 4-year-old daughter needed to use the bathroom. They said no public use and on the way out of the store she ended up wetting her pants. Let's say I was very angry at this point. She was standing there at the counter saying she was about to pee her pants and they refused to let her use the bathroom.

Amazing shakes for post workout

One day the shakes are amazing the next day they all taste like water. It all depends on who’s making it and if they hate their job or not.

The gentleman who helped me was so nice and made the best shake! Helped me pick out flavors I would enjoy. 😊 I appreciated his patience and kindness. Delicious!

Today was my first, and last, visit to this location. The staff doesn’t have an organized flow and helps whoever is most persistent instead of the next in line. There were two employees behind the counter, and a line of people - one of the employees just walked away and never returned, leaving one employee to help a lobby full of people.

Most locations take orders at the counter and then flow to the register - not this location; it’s an unorganized mess.

Great shakes and great service!

I have been going to this particular location to get my protein shakes and all the staff who work here are pretty good! Huge shoutout to Cameron, his customer service skills are impeccable and he always greets customers with a smile. Such a nice and funny guy! 👍🏼

Just ordered the low carb post work out shake from here but tastes like no protein was put in it. I’ve ordered the same thing at a different location and it tastes way better. This shake felt as if I was drinking ice with barely any flavor.

So went here today, usually theres young sweet people but today there was an older man who seemed stressed and annoyed! He didnt make the drinks good at all. Had huge chunks of ice in smoothies and was watery and he was complaining about having no dishes which was gross! And gave a big breath that he needed to wash dishes!

Fast and friendly customer service!

I would come here after going to Gateway Smiles dentist office and get a smoothie made to drink after great dental stuff.
