Workers(girls) have major attitude for no reason. The past 2-3 years I’ve been coming there,the girls with darker hair tend to act like you’re an inconvenience to them and don’t acknowledge you when you walk in/order. They dont even say hello, they just ask what you want. They're very short when it comes to trying to order and look back at you as if you need to hurry up and make your mind up within the next 2 seconds even if they’re not busy. Even times where I’ve walked in and they actually walk away.... I’ve seen them do it to other customers as well. However the male employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. Because of this I have started to go to other locations since the atmosphere makes myself (and probably other customers) feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. It’s hard to watch even...OneStop Nutrition, please get their attitude in check before it starts to ruin your reputation & business for this location!!!

I love One Stop. They definitely have the best meal replacement shakes and customer service, I thought. I walk in and the young lady doesn't greet me, which is crazy odd because whoever is working usually does. Then she finally says after a minute or so "be right with you." After she was done with the man ahead of me she says "what can I get you?". I tell her, "Good morning, how are you?". Of course she doesn't respond which I should have just left because she already had a attitude. But I wasn't going to react because I didn't know if the man in front of me was a pain. So I ordered my shake and grabbed an energy drink and proceeded to check out. I work right up the road so I waited to drink my shake until I got to work. Which I should have at least tasted it, because it was not what I ordered. When I got back the young lady looked at me like I was in the wrong place. I told her she missed one of the ingredients and she was like oh yea..... She grabbed my cup and poured it back in the blender and added the last ingredient.... Then gave me back the drink and said nothing. Ok I guess I shouldn't complain because I got my drink made right this time but the young lady off the bat was very rude and short, didn't apologize, but knew she made it wrong from the jump...Definitely won't be going to this location anymore. I wish I got her name, whoever she was, she may need to take some customer service classes.
They have the best smoothies I love one stop. I stop in for a meal replacement quite often.

so far I tried the PB & J smoothie and the Strawberry/Banana Slimmer shake. Both were great. And, Carley & Katie are two very pretty girls, working there.

Horrible location. Come here if you want to be robbed by a couple of kids that work here. I came in recently to purchase something I have come in for several times. When i went to check, the child working the front said my total was $10 higher than the actual listed price. When I questioned him about the different price than what i normally pay he said it was taxes. Found it hard to believe that something at the price of $45 could have $10 in sales tax. Then he said the product had the wrong price tag lol. I then told him that I had bought the stuff 4 times there and it had always been $45. I eventually got the product for the actual listed price but it made me wonder how many people they have done this to and got away with it.

I asked for low carb post work out with the yogurt base /mango flavor. I get this every time. It did not taste like she used the yogurt based so I asked if she used it. She replied “is that what you ordered? Then yesâ€
