The delivery person hung my order up on a neighbor’s fence not connected to my house. When i called saying i couldn’t find it, the person said to call back in 4 hours. And that they don’t deliver from their store… so I emailed and called to try to get a refund but they said I would have to contact uber eats. Uber eats has no record of the order obviously, because i ordered it directly off of Ono’s website. $37 down the drain. This was the picture they sent as proof of delivery.

They advertised they serve mixed vegetables but the only vegetables I had was cabbage. Food was okay. Service about average.

Being part Hawaiian and from the islands it was real disappointing when my gf tried to surprise me with this for my bday. She spent $60 and the portions were so small and stingy, I was shocked when I opened the bags and da portions was so small and LOTS of cabbage. Da bugga couldnt feed all four of us, me and her and two small keikis. Auwe! Ill just leave it at dat already poho dis kine.
Horrible customer service. We ordered food on Grubhub and called ahead of time to make sure the order was correct because we always ask for extra sauce and rice instead of the veggies and Mac. They insured us it was and when we received the order we got no sauce and the order was also wrong. We drove back to ask them if they could fix the order and get the sauce and they very rudely said that the order was right and barely let us get the sauce. This makes me so sad we love Ono and the food but I swear the customer service is always horrible :(
All kids running the place. Attitudes from all employees. The food was so horrible,salty,soggy,cold. We will never go to one of those places again. Poor quality. To expensive for the crap you get. Crappy food . Crappy service.
