Whoever was working at the drive-thru at 8:17 pm on 12/13/25 this was a male I hope somebody can please talk to him and probably get him out of the drive-thru orders I had it to repeat my order about 10 times to this guy because he just kept messing around inside and you can hear him joking around but to be fair the lady who was working inside she deserves a 5 out of 5 stars super helpful and so nice and shes just doing her job while the other guy working was just talk with other workers and goofying off. I call them CO2 MACHINES thats the only thing they know how to do.

Took 25 minutes to get my food in drive thru. If it’s going to be that long you should tell us to park. It shouldn’t be that long to make spam matsuri

My autistic son is picky and he loves the teriyaki chicken. He says it's the best!! I love the spam masubi and macaroni 😍 Yum 😋 Never disappointed in service, atmosphere and food!!

Came to grab food after a long day of work. Went through the drive thru and the server (Kim as stated on my receipt) rushed to get our order. Had only managed to order one plate before she just gave me the total and didn’t wait until I placed the rest of the order. When we mentioned that we still needed to add another plate, she seemed annoyed and then asked if we wanted to add anything else with attitude. And passively asked are you sure. Long story short, I will not be coming to this location again!!

I order 3 different meals and when we got home, they were the smallest portion I've ever received at a onos. 3 meals would feed my family of 5 but this was not enough for us and we had to go get more food somewhere else. Maybe they were short on food this night.

What's the point of ordering ahead. Pick up at 4pm. IF ITS NOT READY AT 4. AND THEN YOU STILL CAN'T GET THE ORDER RIGHT. FORGET TO ADD A PLATE.

We had ordered two meals during the evening time, the #1 and a mini shrimp meal, our first interaction at the drive thru wasn’t great, the girl taking our order kept laughing and turning off the mic and proceeded to make us repeat our order at least 3 times. The wait time in the drive through was at least 10 minutes. When we finally got to the window I wanted our #1 to be adjusted since she didn’t let me finish at the intercom but got no interaction until the order was ready and had to pay. She said she can’t do anything since it’s ready. So I took the food no complaints. My bf and I just got off work so it’s been a long day and when we drive 15 minutes home we realized our order was messed up or switched. So we call back and a girl said she did have our order there and to come get it. So now we drive 15 minutes back which is well over 40 minutes now since we order. We both walk inside and mention that we called about our order and the girl at the register just grabbed the food behind her and tried to give it to us. Food that has been sitting there for at least 40 minutes. I requested for new food to be made and she just stares at us and silently walks to the back and whispers to the cook who proceeded to give us weird looks as they cook our food. We had no attitudes and I am also 8 months pregnant who also works in customer service, just wanting fresh food. But the staff there has been declining in customer service and had not apologized, & we’re not friendly, she even hesitated to give my bf back the original receipt.
