What's the point of ordering ahead. Pick up at 4pm. IF ITS NOT READY AT 4. AND THEN YOU STILL CAN'T GET THE ORDER RIGHT. FORGET TO ADD A PLATE.

The food is decent. Not what I would consider true Hawai'ian plate lunch. But good nonetheless.
I would suggest that you order online and pick up and eat in or out. It takes quite a bit of time getting your food order when you order through the self kiosk and/or the cashier.
