The experience was very dissapointing. Ordered pan pizza and it was dry overcooked and very thin. The manager was very nice and comped that pizza and quickly ordered us another one. That one too came slightly better but still dry, and overcooked. Not sure if it was the cook or the manager but quality control need some help. The waiter was very nice and if not for him we would have walked out. We were wondering why on a saturday night it was dead when this location was always very busy.

Went with a party of 8 on a Saturday night for dinner. The wait to be seated was reasonable, about an hour. Once seated, drink order was taken promptly along with appetizers. The large order was correct and all of the food was hot.

Went to the Superstition Springs location for the first time. It's been about 10 yrs since I last went and that was the Gilbert location. I remember liking it so we took out of town guests to the one nearest their hotel in Superstition mall. The place is so cute and homey inside but the food is just mediocre for the price. I personally had a great salad but everyone else who had pasta and pizza were not impressed and never finished their food. It was pretty empty inside I don't think I saw any other customers while we were there, granted it was lunch on a weekday. The service wasn't bad but wasn't anything to compliment or write about. We most likely will never go back. We went to Olive Garden the week after and had much better food, better deal and impeccable service.

I love oregano's. Great lunch menu, great food. Pizza was a bit off, but that is okay. Back again dinner tonight. Six pack of shrimp and Pablo Picasso salad. Both were delish and service was spectacular.

I’d like to thank the following Oreganos Employees for their excellent Customer Service and all around positive dining experience. I apologize for not remembering the name of the hostess, but once she knew of our large group, she immediately went outside to the patio and organized our sections and did it with a big smile. Erica our server, Managers Logan, Adam, and Hillary. My Son is getting married within the next week and today was the rehearsal lunch. I was fortunate to speak with the managers a few days before and they were so helpful and even though they don’t take reservations, they helped by offering suggestions for the special lunch I wanted to have for my Son and his fiancee. Well, our lunch was an awesome experience!! All 23 guest were attended to and everything was well timed and each one of us were provided with the best service by Erica and her Coworkers. They worked really hard by making sure we were all taken care of. She was positive, friendly and very efficient . So we THANK YOU from the bottom of my Heart for a great lunch celebration for my Son and Family. Sincerely, The Flores Family
