We went on Friday 18th closer to six pm. The man at the front who is a great uncle to his niece was so nice! He offered to bring our baby some cut up fruit if we wanted and talked to us about our baby. The server was so nice too. I’ve been to this outback before and the service and food is always great.

This was the worst visit we've ever had here. The server visited the table next to us 6 times before remembering our bread, our medium steak came out well done, we waited 15 minutes for the return of our card after paying the check, and then the server just said, "I kept the change," forcing us to tip her more than we wanted to. Shameful, really. If we didn't have a gift card with more money on it, we wouldn't go back.
Update: We visited again tonight, and what a difference. The food was exceptional and perfectly cooked. Luke was a spectacular server, very attentive and courteous. Then, when we were paying at the end of the meal, he told us he'd go get change for us, leaving us the option of tipping exactly what we wanted, kind of like you're supposed to, really. Just right.
Amanda, Daniel & Jason provided the trifecta in service, drinks and culinary experience. We have not had a better dining experience in a while. Thank you for having us and providing a great meal. 2-17-25
