Went to dinner last night with my family, we want a steak. My wife ordered a steak. She asked for medium well but got medium rare. Ask if they can put it on the grill a little longer. Got it back 15 minutes late still not cooked right. Manager come over and had them cook it again. In a to go box my wife opened it up it was raw blood all over. Couple minutes later a lady dropped off another steak and finally got it right. They need to hire a better cook, that was the worst experience I have ever had. She comp her meal but it took 5 times to get it right. Never going back.

Well what can i say. You order food online pay and leave a tip for curbside just to get home and the steak is missing. Guy on phone was nice said he comp a 20 dollar discount. Whatever, had to drive back to get my steak. Super annoying! Kinda hard to justify leaving a tip when mcdonalds service is better. Didnt even get the 20$ discount. Sorry i will never order curbside here again

Music alittle too loud that competes with the conversations. Other than that the food is great in quantity and quality. Can not beat the price with such a great meal.
Two completely different experiences within 24 hours. On Friday, I was there with a colleague for dinner at 6PM. The restaurant was quite full, but service was still fairly quick for the volume of people at the restaurant. The food was the typical Outback quality so I was happy. The server was attentive without being overbearing. My colleague and I had extended conversation and were in and out within one hour. I returned the following day for lunch with other colleagues, and the experience was completely different. The restaurant was fairly open with maybe five or seven tables in use. To get the order placed was about a 10 minute delay, drinks came out fairly quick but the balance of the meal was significantly delayed. The server seemed to be delayed delivering food for each table. My assumption is the kitchen was backed up, but with only seven tables in use that does not make sense. We were well over an hour from order to finishing our meal. The last item that was frustrating was asking for a receipt which should be about a 60 second activity and it took much longer as the server was gathering food and delivering it along the way. I like the Outback and it is extremely convenient to our work location but I doubt we will go back at lunchtime again.

The food was good not great. Hector our waiter was terrific. The sound level was raised but that was because it was packed with Marines getting a freebie. We paid for 1 dinner which consisted of a 6oz sirloin, loaded baked potato, salad with bread and a slice of cheese cake and a bottle of nice wine. Total with 22% tip came to just over $72. Affordable.
