Visited Over Easy on Southern Ave in Mesa and had a great experience. The food was really, really good and the service was excellent. Our server, Joseph P., was kind, attentive, and made the meal enjoyable without being overbearing. Everything came out perfectly and the overall vibe was fantastic. Will definitely be back and I hope we get Joseph again!

Waited over 40 minutes for pickup order while it already took an hour to make….. there were several people who came in after me to pickup that got their order before mine. The order was only 1 burrito ……took 1.5 hours …… host was really rude when I asked her how much longer because she told me it would take a minute, but it took 40 minutes, which is a huge difference from a minute. I ended up leaving without my meal and she watched me go and didn’t say a word.

I went for brunch with my sister and grandma and wasn't exactly impressed. The food is good, but this is the second location I've dined at, and both times the service was all but nonexistent. It's almost as if the servers are encouraged to ignore their guest. I'd understand if the server was overwhelmed or super busy, but I watched her spend most of her time in the back area or the kitchen. My grandma asked for separate checks but we received one bill. I will say it was a blessing in disguise since I was planning to pay for my grandma's tab, and my sister and I split the bill. But still, it's not what we asked for in the beginning. Maybe order to-go from here?
