We had a party of 14, and the service was excellent. All of our drinks and food were timely. Cynthia and Jason did a great job.My favorite starter is the Roasted Brussels Sprouts with the pancetta bits and balsamic glaze—delicious. For entrees, I love the Spaghetti Carbonara and the Chicken Piccata, but I’ve heard the Lasagna and Spaghetti and Meatballs are the homemade dishes made from the owner’s grandmother’s recipes. I’ll have to try those next time. We had three people in our party order the Calzone and they all raved about it and how delicious the accompanying sauce was. Another friend ordered the Linguine with Clams and she said it was delicious and would order it again. Their chocolate cake is delicious too!The service is great, the staff is very friendly, the ambiance is nice, and this place has a great vibe."
Very disappointing food! I got the tour of Italy and a salad.. every single dish not only looked unappealing but tasted like it was reheated especially the chicken parm.. there's a taste meat gets from reheating it and that's what it tasted like.. the Alfredo had overcooked and undercooked noodles somehow and again another wierd flavor and the lasagna was also just gross. I mean fazzolis was better than this place and I don't even like Fazolli'a.. I'm not sure if it used to be good or what but one of the most disgusting Italian places I've ever been to.

First impressions mean a lot. Ordered an unsweetened iced tea and asked for no lemon. The waitress even responded with, "Glad we talked about that". The iced tea came with lemon anyways. Secondly, when eating at an Italian restaurant, bread is almost a given. I was told that bread is only brought out when requested. My response of "huh?" was more in disbelief. $20+ dollar plates should just come with bread at the table. Lastly, we mentioned the volume of fruit flies flying around our table, nearly 20+. I was told that they were probably from the fruit by the bar, but no offer to move us or accountability of any sort. The food was good, but the service was awful.

Tonight at 6 pm I had arrived at Pacino's. My main task was to discover if Pacino's could cater my event of 800 people. I was announced to the owner/manager at 6:05pm. His bar guy even pointed me out that I was waiting for him. I waited for the owner/manager as he visited and sat at guests' tables, drank wine, and really looked like he was having a good time. He then proceeded to sit at the bar and flirt with a solo woman at the bar, and then I lost track of him!The time now was 6:45pm and still no owner/manager. I got up and announced to the bar guy that I was leaving. He said he's by the door. I looked up and he was sitting at another table!It is absolutely disgusting when you go to a place of business to purchase items you really enjoy, and you wait to be seen by a gallivanting owner manager enjoying himself more than his guests. I will never return. I was a loyal customer for years.

I wanted a quick bite to eat after work but did not want a fast food type of place. This place is classy yet comfy. Nice and clean. The wait staff were all friendly and there was a one man "band" singing and he was very pleasant and kept the relaxing yet enjoyable, vibe going. I recommend this place if you're wanting a nice place to go on a date or a girls Happy Hour location or if You're in the mood just to sit and decompress from the day, or month or three last 3 years. This is a wonderful restaurant to go to for anyone or any mood.
So, we found this restaurant about 6 months ago, the food is amazing. We decided to go at least once to twice a month as a family dinner with our 2 year old. Well tonight we came in and there were 3 hostesses at the door, and the older hostess was very rude to us and said they were full and it is reservation only. We were very put off by this, not because we did not have reservations (which we have never needed on a Friday night before)but because of the level of rudeness from this lady. After we left I called and asked what the wait for a party of 3 would be and the person on the phone said 10 to 15 minutes. I don’t know why after 6 months we are no longer welcome here, but we will not be back.
