Excellent speciality cappuccino, good cookies. Service was slow but understandable due to backlog of filter coffee orders - just don't expect to pop in for a quick takeaway order in a rush!

Great coffee and tea. Not the cheapest, but very good quality. Had an iced pour over and iced white tea.

Located inside Cider Corps, this is a solid coffee shop. I got the white chocolate matcha cookie, and it was very tasty. I also got the Costa Rica espresso. I really enjoyed it. Lots of seating and a nice atmosphere. I'd be back if I were in the area.

This review is not about the coffee. I can’t review the coffee at this time. I’ve been waiting 20 minutes for 3 small coffees to go. Come and leave a coffee review if you’d like, but be sure to bring a coffee and maybe a snack while you wait for your coffee.

Industrial vibe but with lots of table space. The coffee part is a tiny setup towards the back. The cortado was good and the music was chill. Nice spot to sit for a bit, sipping in the morning.

This is like one of three different businesses in the same building. Very off putting that they are not on the same page the coffee counter page saids dog friendly but the food place said no dogs. LOL there all literally under one large room, doesn’t make sense to even call itself a Coffee shop because it is not.

Service animals are not allowed inside. Decent coffee.
Coffee was fine tasting but well over priced for the quantity in your cup. Also service was extremely slow and it was not busy at all. I’m from out of town and have gotten the sense people just move and work much slower here. Also the environment is in a pro americana military cider house? Not the moment in 2025.

I just got a pour over coffee with Mexican coffee beans. ($5) They were out of my two preferences.
Industrial vibe. It’s actually inside and part of the Cider Club.
Beats the chain outlet coffee places. Centrally located. Plenty of parking. Look for cider place or you’ll miss it.
My coffee was excellent!

If you appreciate true artisan coffee made by people who take pride and joy in their craft, this is the coffee for you. But if you're like me and want to be able to sit and sip that coffee in an actual mug, and enjoy it with a good book or a friend...this is not the vibe....or maybe wait until it cools off and you can go out on the patio?
No knock to Cider Corps, it's a bar and I get that. But I do wish Pair would move out of the small dark corner tucked in the back between the storage area and the pizza place, and finally move into their own digs. I always feel awkward going in there to order coffee, there is no good place to stand and wait for your order without being in the way and the tables are usually full during the only time I can go on the weekends.
Maybe it's a me problem, and maybe this is just their business model, but I feel that coffee of this caliber deserves it's own spot for all to enjoy and feel comfortable in doing so.

This is probably the best coffee shop in Arizona. If you are searching for good coffee made well, this is the place.
