My husband and I ordered delivery the other night. I got the 2 entree meal; Beef and Broccoli for both. What I got was 6 chunky, cold, broccoli stems, a tablespoon of sauce, and a tablespoon of meat; unacceptable. I love Panda, but I will not be ordering from this store again.

The only think that was moving in the kitchen was the manager Orlando to try to get people to work, food was way bad. Orange chicken was soggy and just tasted like someone poured a ton of vinegar on it. Chow mein was bland and shrimp were rubbery. Waste of $20, find a better mom and pop Chinese shop.

By far the BEST Panda Express we have ever eaten in! The portions were ample, the restaurant was spotless, and the staff worked so well together. I heard "thank you" so many times not only to the customers but to each other. Truly a pleasure to dine in with them. The manager on staff was gracious and beautiful. We will be back as many times as we can. We live 120 miles away but there is always an excuse to come to Mesa!

The absolute worst customer service experience here. It’s every single time as well. Norma was the shift lead 8/19 Monday evening she was also our server and she was so rude so bothered to be there she also almost dropped the food from how hard she put it in the bag and all she did was laugh. Avoid coming to this location if you can lmao not worth spending money here
