I just placed an online order for 2 plates and 2 a bowl and went to the drive through and picked it up and when I got home, my son was eating from his plate and when he got to the end he noticed bunch of hair and dirt. Not like 1-2 hairs… it was at least 7 hairs all over the bottom of the plate mixed with food and you can see some dirts as well. He brought the plate to me complaining and I was in disbelief… did you guys seriously drop the food on the floor and then picked it up and put in back in the plate and served it to the customer??? I filed a complaint and sent pictures.. disgusting service and experience… who would even do that????

I must be a gluten for punishment. A few minutes back I had a craving for pandas as it had been a good minute I hadn't eaten fun here. The portion size and prices were just so off I decided it should be another good minute before I go back. However I work 2 jobs and by the time I got done with job 2 I was not in the mood to go home and cook. I saw pandas and caved. She thing portion size and price are so off. Shrinkflation remains in effect. I got more cabbage then I did noodles and the amount of noodles I did get, will just view my photo. Also, the flavor was off. Not sure if they changed something but not great. Lesson learned I will not be returning to any pandas again

Don't eat here, skip it. Save your time which is more valuable and your money. People here are careless about you, your food and your money. My total was $17 and some change. I was asked if I wanted to round up my change I clearly said NO, if I would round up my change that would make it $18 total for my order. The lady charged me $20 dollars on my card, when I clearly said I do not wish to round up. This is very irritating for me and it's not just for my $2 and change it's because of the waste of time and not to mention my food was also not good, i prefer not to share the details of the food here. It's really bad.

They don’t listen… ordered and got so much wrong. Asked for sauces, didn’t get them. Asked for white rice for chow mein????The girls were gossiping and not even paying attention.. instead of sitting and talking maybe they can pay attention to the customer and they’d get the orders right.
