I ordered a bigger bowl online with chow mein and rice and it only had my rice inside, no utensils our sauces included in my bag and my food was cold. The store will not answer the phone and I have called multiple times. It's a hour before they close. Horrible service and would never recommend coming here

Absolutely terrible management and coordination, I have given this location multiple chances and every time I have come, it’s been a 30+ minute wait. The staff never knows what’s going on, the manager almost seems to not be at work, and there is almost never any food ready.

I unfortunately never leave bad reviews but felt like this needs to be said. The head of this location definitely needs to change something with the staff to make them more efficient

I did an order online and it took longer to get my food than me showing up and placing an order here. They started on my bowl on pick up time unfortunately and then realized they had to prep food still. They were late by an additional 10 min.

Grace and Karen are the more rudest workers, I asked for a bigger plate half rice and half chow mein, Karen give me full of rice I even mentioned that I want half rice not full and barely put me some chow mein. Also, I had a coupon for a free appetizer and they charge me for it.otherwise I asked for teriyaki Sauce and they didn’t put it in. This is not the first time. I never come back to this place. Worst service ever!!!

Ordered a mobile pickup that was supposed to be ready by 6pm. There was no physical line. The only people in the restaurant were all waiting for mobile pickup ups, however, people who entered the store to order food through the line had no problem getting service and leaving the restaurant. After waiting 30 minutes, we asked for a refund and was told that they would “write it down and do it later”. I told them I didn’t feel comfortable leaving without a receipt to verify the refund, and they responded with, well were will get it done later. I’m pretty sure I was talking to either a lead or manager because this person was dressed in a different outfit than the other employees. I wound up calling my bank and disputing the transaction. Absolutely terrible customer service, terrible work ethic, terrible regard for their customers. I will avoid this place like the plague and advise others to do so as well.

The staff were courteous, and the facility was well-maintained. However, the meal quality was subpar; specifically, the green beans lacked tenderness and flavor.

Slow down get the order correct then put the correct food in the container. I mean is there even a manager working there? I mean, does anybody working here even give the slightest of care. So frustrating

I went there yesterday I got a bowl with fried rice and teriyaki chicken and the chicken was rubbery didn't even taste like chicken the rice was bland I was disappointed panda used to be great they don't cook there food enough anymore I don't know but don't plan on going back at least not to this location

Oct6'24 last minute customer, was greeted with a smile & found myself lucky by three parts. 1) had what I wanted 2) they must have hired a new chef because I usually avoid this location which brings me to 3) It was De-lickyourlips-ious.
