Had a little mix up with one of are plates. Took it back and talked to Pedro. Let me say he had the best customer service I seen a while , and thats hard to find anymore. Took care of the problem and everyone enjoyed there dinner. Best Panda I have to been .

Ordered teriyaki chicken. Usually sliced. But just a chunk on top of my chow mein . When I asked for knife to cut it said we don’t have knives. When I asked her how I was suppose to eat it. She said we don’t give out knives. I asked agin because I thought she didn’t understand. After 3 time I asked her to take chicken back and refund my $ because I couldn’t eat it in a chunk. And forks there are so flimsy u can’t cut. She said we don’t do that. I’ll drive further next time BUT I WO’t be EATING THERE AGAIN!!!!!! Happy chunky chicken 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Food was good, as usual. Weird thing though, I usually get the teriyaki chicken breast- and they cut it up right in front of you, but there was a bowl of it pre- cut and that’s what they used to make my meal. When I asked if they changed the way they do it, they said no, she cut it up right in front of you—- so, just pay attention if that matters to you. It matters to me that they lied about it, but the food was good.

I had a frustrating experience at Panda Express. After placing my order, I was told to park and wait. The wait ended up being much longer than expected, and when I finally went inside to check, they tried to hand me the food. I took it and went back to my car, only to realize there was no receipt—which meant I couldn’t earn any PandaPoints(mind you this is after I couldn’t order ahead or do delivery). I went back in to request a refund, and that process took another 5-8 minutes. This is the second time I’ve had ordering issues at this location and I wouldn’t recommend.

Panda Express #1549. Wow nice job! Super friendly and professional staff. Knowledgeable regarding food allergies. Very clean and friendly atmosphere! Worth a trip out of the way to eat here!

Ordered a plate from door dash. The app showed the driver waiting there for 20+ min(not sure how accurate that is) but here’s something that is. Chow mein noodles were white and dry, no amount of soy sauce would’ve helped. orange chicken didn’t have enough sauce nor was it marinated. It also had some weird taste to it. Threw the food away and would not recommend getting food from here. At least at night time after 9pm. I don’t have this experience with other pandas. The new one on alma is legit and wish they took orders. Ordered made 1/7/25

OMG, I haven't eaten at Panda for about a year. Prices didn't go up as much as other restaurants have and the quantity of food didn't get smaller either. Got the Bowl with chow mein noodles and black pepper chicken and it was so delicious.

Sitting in drive thru for long period, I get to the window 3 ladies are standing around at the window talking and laughing. Taking their time to take my money and get me my food..food should have been ready by the time I got there. With them standing around is probably why drive thru was so long...todays date 11/26/24 at 535 pm
