Tried calling restaurant today and yesterday to report suspected food poisoning after family member ate the chicken & noodles there Wednesday March 11th for dinner. No one answered & wasn't able to leave a message. I also tried calling the county to report today with the same experience. Hoping no one else is having food poisoning symptoms after eating there. Our family member is strong & healthy & he was very sick. I'd hate to see a small child or an elderly client get sick from eating there.

CUSTOMER BEWARE: These guys make their protein last by filling up the entree slot with chow mein or rice, so you end up with a plate full of rice and hardly any protein..sneaky. lol please save yourself the money or just make sure they're not ripping you off by not checking till you get home, will post pics for reference.

I wouldn't know when you're staff decides to close minutes before closing timw and refuses to acknowledge my existence!! I'm afriad if I complain, they'll get upset, and do something unethical or against health code. Every employee looked irritated & angry because we bothered them & they want to go home. If you want to close earlier, franshisee or corporate, change your staff and/or hours if you can't adhear to this. This is the epitome of literally TERRIBLE and/or NO customer service! 2 other customers just experienced the same thing!!

I tried applying a coupon the lady said it was applied but when I looked at the receipt it was not. She then says just get it next time as if the coupon doesn't expire same day. She could have cared less and this was after waiting 10 min for rice to come out. The whole reason I went in was to get the 50% off

This is the best reviewed panda around for a reason. Other locations are lacking. Best service, freshest food, and the longest line. I will be back! Keep up the great work.

When i received my food the fried rice was so unbelievably stale and hard, it had zero taste to it. The orange chicken was not juicy as it normally is, it was very dry and lacked sauce, you can tell by just looking at it. My plate was so short on meat, there was 3 pieces of meat for kung pow and just barely more for the orange chicken. I never had panda taste or even look like this before. So disappointed about this. This location is not the best. Not to mention the food poisoning I had previously with the same location.

I had one question about the difference between family meal and bigger plate and was skipped over to someone who just walked in while I was trying to order for my family. Also after ordering workers continued helping everyone else while not working on the order that I paid for. Two workers took breaks and then continued helping people who just walked in while my order was just sitting there waiting to be boxed from the hot area. Took them close to thirty minutes to box food up that was already made and was explained while walking down that display they have. All together they helped 4 people that trickled in behind me in line.

Corporate policy clearly trumps hungry people here. Procedures come first, compassion comes last.

I’m genuinely disappointed. From what I’ve observed, Panda Express does very little to directly support people in the community who are actively struggling with hunger. Their charitable efforts appear concentrated on large, recognizable organizations rather than providing immediate, local help where it could make the most impact.

To the public, this comes across less like grassroots community care and more like corporate philanthropy that conveniently aligns with branding and TAX INCENTIVES. While donating to major nonprofits has its place, it would be far more meaningful to see consistent, transparent support for local food-insecure individuals and families.

Community impact shouldn’t feel strategic or performative. Real support is felt on the ground—not just announced in press releases.

Stay away from this store. They have no concept of customer service. The last two times I have gone into eat they have prioritized all the door dash and To go orders over all the customers in the store. Making 5-10 to go orders before even acknowledging the line of people waiting. They used up an entire bowl of chow mein and orange chicken on the orders and made everyone in the store wait until they had more food even though we were all in there before they to go orders were made. I will not be going to any panda express from now on absolutely worst experience I've had at a restaurant.
