The only reason I gave three stars on the food was I asked for chicken and mushrooms and I think there was one little piece of chicken in what they gave me disappointed.

The only enticing thing about this location is the drive through, but they will flat out ignore you at the drive through. I got stuck behind two other vehicles for over 20 minutes on my lunch break during work. No one acknowledged us at all, all 3 of us ended up leaving without even being talked to. Waste of time

This was my first bad experience at this location. I have loved this location and driven further to get here in the past. With one person paying and nobody ahead of me to order, it took the staff over 10 minutes to acknowledge me, beyond a quick glance, and take my order. It was super disappointing compared to how this store was in the past.

Was told to wait for food took longer that said, they didn't remember my vehicle had to flag them over. Had food poisoning for the next couple of days, chowmein tasted off. A dog was allowed to be carried into the dining area while we were waiting. Poor sanitary conditions, poor customer service, poor work ethic. Low quality food.

Had a little mix up with one of are plates. Took it back and talked to Pedro. Let me say he had the best customer service I seen a while , and thats hard to find anymore. Took care of the problem and everyone enjoyed there dinner. Best Panda I have to been .

Ordered teriyaki chicken. Usually sliced. But just a chunk on top of my chow mein . When I asked for knife to cut it said we don’t have knives. When I asked her how I was suppose to eat it. She said we don’t give out knives. I asked agin because I thought she didn’t understand. After 3 time I asked her to take chicken back and refund my $ because I couldn’t eat it in a chunk. And forks there are so flimsy u can’t cut. She said we don’t do that. I’ll drive further next time BUT I WO’t be EATING THERE AGAIN!!!!!! Happy chunky chicken 🤬🤬🤬🤬
