Karen (and Graciela) were so incredibly helpful with our catering order. Karen called to confirm and was so patient with me when there was a discrepancy she didn’t catch right away, so happy they called! And when I called an hour later to place more food in an emergency?? Graciela and Karen came to the rescue again! Less than an hour if I was able to come grab it myself. Amazing customer service all around. Thank you!

The food at this Panda Express has always been warm and fresh. I can't comment the quality of the sit down inside because I always use the drive through. Overall a fast, painless, and relatively fresh experience for a Panda Express.

How dare a multi billion dollar company try to lay exclusive claim to the word Panda I will never eat at another of these locations after finding out that you are blocking a small buisness from trade marking their name even though they don't even sell "Chinese food" is absolutely despicable. The name Trash Panda Vegan could never ever be mistaken for Panda Express and for the idiots running the show over there I really hope this backfires on you and costs you guys big time!

The food just taste awful now a days. It so processed and it taste like plastic. "Cancer fried up to go"?Kid-friendliness: My son wanted a meal and I told the woman he wanted broccoli and she gave him beef and broccoli. So he got like one piece of broccoli and all beef. So im not agreeing to kid friendly but disagreeing.

I went through the drive thru and ordered fried rice. When I got home it was a large white rice. Bummed out so I drove all the way back and they asked for the receipt and the food. Luckily I had the crumpled up receipt in my car but I left the white rice at home. The receipt did indeed say large fried rice but they gave me white rice. Instead of just giving me a large fried rice like I had ordered & paid for, they made me pay the $6 for large fried rice because I couldn’t prove that they had given me white rice. Like are you serious? Why would I drive all the way back here to lie about it and get a free large fried rice? Lousy customer service.

This is easily the worst Panda Express in the valley. Do you like fresh food? Well you're not going to find it here. My last three visits the black pepper steak looks like it's been sitting there since two days ago. Same goes for The Kung Pao chicken. Basically every visit has been the same, you just have to pick from whatever is left over from a couple days ago.
