The customer service is horrible.
They don’t listen to each other at all.
The front counter asked for Broccoli beef to the cooks. The cooks ignored her and continued to make EVERYTHING else but Broccoli Beef.
Another front counter staff noticed I was STILL waiting after several other customers got their food. She yelled for Broccoli Beef and the cook response back to her was horrible.
I will drive the extra distance to any other location to avoid coming back to this Panda Express.

My biggest problem with this location is they are always out so something when I go. It never fails something is out and I have to wait, it is so frustrating.

Service was great but the food was not. Ordered 2 bigger plates: 1 with double teriyaki chicken and mushroom chicken, the other with teriyaki chicken, orange chicken and mushroom chicken.. the sides were great, the mini wantons were awesome, but the main dishes were not.. the chicken was nothing but fat and tendons. Dogs loved it tho!

I usually order for pick up. The food is pretty good but they never put the teriyaki packets in the order for the teriyaki chicken. Then we are at home and have to call back and say anything they argue that they didn't have the sauce packets or this is how it comes. It's not consistent. I like that it's cheap but that's what you get.

FALSE ADVERTISING ... I ordered the Walnut Shrimp, and I didn't get one single walnut. No walnuts at all!!! I told Cynthia, the manager, and she didn't do anything at all.
I had a very bad experience.

The restaurant was clean and efficient even though it was very busy. The staff was friendly. The food lacked flavor compared to other Panda Express' I have been too. I will not return to the location for that reason.

Every time I order from their app, they report the food is ready for pickup when it is not. Tonight, once again I received a text message that my order is ready for pickup. 11 minutes later, I go to pick up my order and they are still preparing it. I asked why I received a text saying my order is ready. I was told that their system goes red on my order and they have to say it is done to not get in trouble. I was literally told to call them and not use the app to place my order or call ahead to verify the order is really ready to be picked up. I expressed how this is dishonest to say my order is ready when it is not. They blamed it on the Beijing beef not being ready. I got home to discover they put an empty container labeled Beijing beef! This is the worst location ever!

This was our first time at this Panda Express. And we were not disappointed. The staff were friendly and efficient. Everything was clean. The food was fresh and hot and very yummy.
