Food was bad the first time and the manager could not figure out how to get the line moving the second time, I usually like panda but this place sucks, I see why they have 3.7 stars
Too many people

Some food was so spicy we could not eat. Had to throw it out. That was the shrimp and beef. The noodles tasted like they were in an ice bath. Out of mixed vegetables.
Orange Chicken tasted under cooked and soggy. The front servers were limited to 2 at 5:30pm a 3rd server became available when the order line was nearly out the door! The rest of our food tasted very salty. Ruined our eating out. Won't be back if Panda Express is more like ER immediately

More times than not, when I come here for lunch they do not give me teriyaki sauce with my teriyaki chicken. It blows my mind that something so simple is constantly overlooked by staff. I don't get much time for my lunch break so when I get back to the office and I'm missing the sauce that is supposed to come with an entree I literally waste my entire break just to drive back to get sauce. WHY IS IT SO HARD!? There are so many ways to solve this, but the MOD didn't seem to be bothered at all. You cut the chicken, immediately put a couple bags of sauce on top. If this was the first time, I wouldn't waste even more of my time putting in a complaint, but this is the third time this has happened at this location alone, not to mention the many times this has happened since switching to the bags of sauce. It shouldn't be on the customer to request something that comes with your meal by default. Went back, got a refund and left my order on the counter hoping that MAYBE, just maybe the manager will care enough to have a talk with her staff about this.

I usually place online orders and pick it up by just giving my name that's on my account but on 2 occasions now 2 different workers have asked me for my whole phone number or last four of my phone number after giving them my name. I've personally witnessed other people of other skin tones just give their 1st name for an online order. I keep wanting to brush it off but can't help but feel like extra percussion was taken on my order for malice reasons.
