I usually order for pick up. The food is pretty good but they never put the teriyaki packets in the order for the teriyaki chicken. Then we are at home and have to call back and say anything they argue that they didn't have the sauce packets or this is how it comes. It's not consistent. I like that it's cheap but that's what you get.

FALSE ADVERTISING ... I ordered the Walnut Shrimp, and I didn't get one single walnut. No walnuts at all!!! I told Cynthia, the manager, and she didn't do anything at all. I had a very bad experience.

The restaurant was clean and efficient even though it was very busy. The staff was friendly. The food lacked flavor compared to other Panda Express' I have been too. I will not return to the location for that reason.

Every time I order from their app, they report the food is ready for pickup when it is not. Tonight, once again I received a text message that my order is ready for pickup. 11 minutes later, I go to pick up my order and they are still preparing it. I asked why I received a text saying my order is ready. I was told that their system goes red on my order and they have to say it is done to not get in trouble. I was literally told to call them and not use the app to place my order or call ahead to verify the order is really ready to be picked up. I expressed how this is dishonest to say my order is ready when it is not. They blamed it on the Beijing beef not being ready. I got home to discover they put an empty container labeled Beijing beef! This is the worst location ever!

Bernadette!!! The Superstar! She is super awesome and my what a beautiful person she is! Gracious, kind, personable, friendly, cheerful disposition, helpful, and effervescent! One of the best, if not the best, dining experiences I've ever had truly! While I know she sat the gold standard, it's going to be hard for other staff to measure up to this exceptional and unsurpassed level of excellence. I certainly hope they try as it may he able to be duplicated. It most certainly can be reciprocated, and that is makes for an unforgettable, pleasurable dining experience. The manager needs to learn what HALF AND HALF means. I might as well have ordered a garden, since this bowl mostly just consists of cabbage. This is the 3rd time, AND ITS ONLY HER THAT DOES IT. I have no idea how she became the manager, but it must have been by someone as incompetent as she is. This location has been an absolute joke for as long as I can remember. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

THEY DELETED MY ORIGINAL REVIEW SO I'LL ADD IT AGAIN AND AGAIN, they also blocked me from adding photos!!! I'm NOT sure why you're taking down legit reviews instead of correcting the problems in the store, now I'll take it to corporate.....Not only are they racist in hiring practices, it's also their portion sizes! You watch them overfill the plates of people with the same race and then other races way less. I'm sure it's to keep food cost even. This has been on multiple instances at this location. She proceeded to tell me those were their portion sizes, I said I'm familiar with Panda they specifically train on "heaping portions" she then rolled her eyes, added like 3 pieces more and said very condescending, you can talk to my manager if you want!

Took 45 minutes to get my order taken and out the door - for 1 bowl and 1 side entree. HUGE line of people - guy behind me (who had to wait for food to be cooked) paid and out the door before me, and mine was made as soon as I got to the server. Good cold by the time I got home. Multiple managers - nobody apologizing or stating their working there best. Will NEVER go to this panda again! Zero stars if I could.
