The place was clean and not unappealing, but the food tasted off somehow. There was plenty of it too, the portions were very generous, but who wants to eat a generous portion of crap!?

Food is fine. I went through the drive though today and was given change back. One of the bills was missing a fourth of it and looking at the receipt later instead of giving me nearly a dollar in coins the lady at the cash registrar donated it to whatever without asking. I'm sure to avoid an extra 2 seconds of work... absurd

Got the 2 entree plate and an eggroll. No sweet and sour with the eggroll. No teriyaki sauce on the teriyaki chicken. String bean chicken was a pile of string beans with a few little bits of chicken. Could have been great but ended up highly disappointing.

Everything I have been getting panda lately it just gets worse and worse.
Not a fan of the weird taste on the noodles/ cabbage. Fried rice has been having hard spots. Egg rolls have been burnt.
Used to love it here and now I can't even eat here anymore :(

Orange chicken was way to spicy. They have added a spicy orange chicken not sure why make the normal one so spicy. The staff was rude and the bathroom and dinning area definitely needed some care
They had accidentally made my order 25 minutes before it's scheduled pickup and remade it for me with no issues. Thank you girls.

I believe lizabeth was the one to take my order today 09/03/25 around 9AM. She greeted me as I walked in and was ready to take my order. The food was amazing as always! The orange chicken and fried rice is definitely worth the 1 hour drive from payson. The restaurant was clean and tidy. The food is to die for!
To Panda corporate, I demand you get a location in Payson AZ pretty please 😭
