The food is always fantastic and the service is always quick. Love coming here for a quick bite!
Slowest ppl on the whole planet of earth. Stuck in the DRIVE-THRU for 30 minutes to serve 3 cars. Idk if management needs to hire some bodies or roll up their sleeves and do some real work for once in their lives but either way that’s unacceptable. You can have a two-course meal at a sit down restaurant in the time it takes you to get through this drive-thru. Save yourself the time and money.
Good service, food, prices
⚠️SMALLER PORTIONS, NOT WORTH THE MONEY AND TIME
Food is 3 stars - not bad, nothing to write home about. This review is going to center on the consistently bad service I've gotten here and in particular, the bad service I got here tonight. When I went in to order my food, I noticed there were two guys waiting to be served. Twice, employees told them "we'll be right with you". The second time, I had already been waiting for 2 minutes behind them. They had still not ordered, because the employees didn't prioritize them. I guess if you come in to eat, you aren't worth as much as a person who comes through the drive through. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Another minute goes by, a manager then informs the two guys ahead of me that again, "we'll be right with you". At that point, I added that we've been here for a while now. This manager, Amanda, then looked at me and stated "you're not the only one here you know". Incredible. This was a direct insult and has come to be emblematic of my experience with this location. Not that the rest are better, but managers of the other locations have never been rude or insulting to their customers, or argue with them.
It is my hope that corporate sees this, and works with their store level management to turn things around, because as things are going right now, it won't be long before Panda is wondering 'why are we going bankrupt?'. That last part may be conjecture, because there are lots of people in the area and then there are those like me who walk in expecting a better experience than last time, only to see our already low expectations for service have been defeated yet again.
People like Amanda should not be working in customer service / hospitality positions if they are going to be rude to people.

I had a fun night at this location tonight. I ordered through the app at 5:40. Told me my food would be ready at 5:55. I got a text at 5:58 that my food was ready. I got there at 6:10. Asked for my food. They asked for my confirmation code. I showed it to them. They then went to look for the order. And started making it. At that point I knew they gave my food away. Jennifer tells me she is making the food right now. And they need shrimp. Give me 4 minutes. Then disappears. I talk to Chris and another lady and ask for a manager once it gets to 6:25. They go walk away and ignore me. Then they start talking to each other. Chris comes over and finally says someone picked up your order. I said thanks for the confirmation. He said they showed us the confirmation code. Which isn’t possible because I have the confirmation code. And then he said yeah we gave it away without checking. I asked Chris and Jennifer for a manager. Twice at this point. And they kept looking around and going uhhhh. Finally I asked for their name. And was told it was Edwin. Edwin would not come talk to me. Jennifer ignored me multiple times. The other lady ignored me multiple times. Awful experience. I got my food at 6:35.

Not the most attentive staff with the drive through. Ordered a plate of orange chicken and sesame chicken with a side entree of Beijing beef. Instead got a plate of orange chicken and Beijing beef with a side enteee of walnut shrimp. Be sure to check your order before you leave
