Recent got food inside and customer service was probably the worst I’ve experienced at any panda. Waited 15 minutes for food that wasnt fresh cooked not to mention training employees while completely disregarding customers ready and waiting to pay at register to leave.

Worst place to get food. All was brunt egg rolls black brunt. Out of half the menu fired was 30 minutes out. But no body ever started making it. No one even cooking the items they were out. The food was mediocre at best the chowmein noodles so oily you could barely taste the vegetables. And having to wait for checkout when you are the only one in line is ridiculous even though they gave 10%off it's not the thing when trying to get to work.

My family has dined at several Panda Express restaurants all over the USA. So far the serving sizes have been reliable to be big. Seriously the plate with 2 meat dishes has usually lasted us 2 meals. Even the kid portions I would recommend for a small adult.

I ordered online and went to pick up an order. I was treated very badly by the staff there. I had a text message saying that my order was ready. The staff was telling me that it was not ready and that I needed to go sit in my vehicle somewhere in the parking area and wait or come back. When did go thru the drive thru for the 4th time. The staff member said no its not here then handled me the food anyway while her and her co-workers were laughing at me in the spanish language about me and slammed the window shut, without saying anything. Little did they know I understand Español. Very unprofessional staff and poor service.

Iv been here twice and the first time I walked out because I waited over 5 mins for a waitress and the 2nd time was no different...never eating here again. The restaurant I was at wasn't panda express it was the ihop on dobson inside the shopping center next to a McDonald's.

Went through the drive through and ordered a bowl and a plate. The lady was just confused the whole time, my boyfriend had to chime in and help cause she was trying to upgrade my plate to something cheaper but I had a reward but she didn’t understand that. I repeated the order 4 times. By the time I got home I opened my bowl and the order was wrong. Disappointed that I spent $30 and my order wasn’t right even though I repeated it 4 times to her.

Just went thru the drive through. Only 2 cars there and they took FOREVER then forgot our rangoons and gave us the wrong plate. All we ordered Was the plate and the rangoons so they got nothing right. And we were charged for the rangoons:( booooooooo tomato tomato tomato

They're rude for no reason.Sad because as a fellow customer service personnel, I make sure to heavily utilize my manners and express my gratitude, I know how it can be.But to still be met with a nasty and snarky attitude; it's disappointing.And they forgot to bag a menu item I paid for.
