If I could leave a negative zero stars, I would! The customer service was really bad. I was standing in line for about 15 minutes before I had to ask them!!! it was the manager with the ugly blue eyeshadow! She was rude and had the ugliest attitude towards everyone not just me!!!!!

So disappointed they don’t carry sweet fire chicken. This is my favorite entree and I have to go 2 stores over to get it. I don’t understand, in such a busy establishment they only offer bare minimum entries

Food was okay, orange chicken was overcooked and more breaded compared to other Panda's. Kung Poa chicken had great flavor but very lite chicken, rice, chow mein and chicken egg roll, average.
I would have given this review 4 stars but the fountain orange Fanta tasted like sewer water and chalky. Was about to toss the drink but decided to keep it just in case I need to present it to the Emergency Room for further analysis.
No offense to Franchise owner, just giving my honest opinion for today's visit (my first at this Mesa, Az location).
So many Panda's out therefore food is hit or miss on giving it 1 star or five stars but today it earned 3 stars.

As always, the food at panda bear as I call it was very good. The thing that I noticed that there was one employee that was working nonstop since I got there, her name is Rhonda. She not only was in the back, cooking some broccoli, but came to serve me after that I noticed she was everywhere, including cleaning the bathroom, just moving while other employees were sitting around and talking with each other Big thumbs up to Rhonda

Placed a catering order for a medical facility. We order often from a different location. Great customer service here and staff extremely friendly and helpful. Even helped bring order to car which I have not experienced at any other locations. Will continue to order from this location in the future.
ALWAYS SKIMPY WITH THE BEEF! I came in today for some beef and broccoli and they said I’d need to wait for a fresh batch and the bit they had left looked a little old and sad. It also had so little beef that I opted for something else unfortunately.

Usually this location is very good but the last couple of times have been a gamble. Tonight I order teriyaki chicken, something I haven't ordered in a couple of years I asked for the sauce at the order screen I got to the window he asked if I needed any sauces I asked about the teriyaki sauce and was told oh yea I am putting that one in already any others I said no thank you. I got my families orders and left I get home there is no sauce on the chicken or packets and my kids drinks (sprite) is just carbonated water. Little things sure but we drive further to go to this location cause they tend to do better. Kinda dissapointing.
