If I could leave a zero star I would. I went here like I had done often and saw that they were cross contaminating orange chicken with two chicken which has peanuts in it. I have a severe allergy to this and I informed the store manager what she had done. She then told me to get out of the store and still served the contaminated orange chicken. That could put someone life in danger that didn't know she did that. I definitely don't recommend eating here. Worst restaurant experience in my life.

So we had honestly just left Panda Express, where the manager cross contaminated the peanuts with the orange chicken and when we asked her about it, she said that they constantly makes the shrimp in the peanuts with the orange chicken all the time, which is highly against healthcode and is not okay. So when we asked if there was something more going to be brought out and if the girl was going to be recleaned, she threw us out. And said that she's not gonna serve us. Because we asked for fresh orange chicken, and because it made us a little nervous. When she purposely told us that they cross contaminate all day long, which is not okay. So if you have a high shrimp allergy, and you can't have anything with shellfish, you could possibly die. If you have a peanut allergy, she doesn't care. They cross contaminate all day and you could potentially die. I come here often. And this manager looks new and she is willing to put people's health in life at risk by cross contaminating. And if you call her out on it, she throws you out if I was you, I would be very careful if you have a nut allergy because she purposely cross contaminates and she was very proud of it. And then as soon as you tell her that's not okay. She tells you, she's not gonna serve you. How is that okay

Awesome Dining Experience at Panda Express
I recently was dining at Panda Express, and I must say, it was a really good experience. The food was absolutely delicious, with flavors that burst in every bite. The orange chicken was crispy and perfectly sauced, while the chow mein was cooked to perfection.
However, what truly sets this Panda Express apart is its incredible staff. The team, led by the efficient and friendly Manager, Natalie, consistently delivered top-notch service. Their hard work and dedication were showing in every interaction.
I want to give a special shoutout to the hardworking staff members: Anthonyo, Jackie, Angie, Liz, and Maria. Their positive attitudes and willingness to go the extra mile made my dining experience even more enjoyable.
I wholeheartedly recommend this Panda Express to anyone seeking delicious Chinese cuisine and outstanding customer service. These employees deserve recognition and a raise for their awesome work!

Unfortunately had to deal with an uninformative customer service rep name Veronica on Oct 18th .. We ordered a 3 entries meal which says $11.80 on the sign before tax. We were told we could pick any 3 entries and do chow main fried rice or half of each. We get to the counter to pay and I see the bill wasn't matching. She charged us an additional $1.50 for the shrimp that she NEVER mentioned would be a "Specialty" item!! And cost more. Now either her draw was short and she scammed us to cover her mistake OR she failed as a customer service rep to inform her customers of the fact that the shrimp is NOT INCLUDED in the 3 entries meal and would cost more! Come on people train your staff right so customers don't feel like they getting ripped off! She asked if I didn't want it anymore but what was she gonna do take it off our plate and throw it away??? Better she say I'll take the charge off since I didn't tell you! Poor customer service #RETRAINVERONICA

Manager Natalie is horrible, I’ve been here a couple times and the manager gives horrible service and has a bad attitude. All the other employees greet you kindly and try to be helpful but she is the only one in the store that is rude. In my last visit a customer had asked or complained about something and she just went off on them so horrible professionalism as well! Great employees HORRIBLE manager!!

I got sick and was throwing up all morning ????! I have this place another chance being that it’s close to my house and I was totally let down! The manager is terrible at her job! 10:15am store is locked and I refuse to leave! then she runs out and opens the store so mind you I’m the first and only customer.
She serves my food and then I am now held hostage at the register trying to pay!
They are in the back counting the money to get the cash register ready! This is just crazy at this point I curse everybody out! Never ever ever going to this location ever again! They are bad bad! I think the entire staff is the same family! Mother, grown adult daughter , father, siblings and cousins!

We’re always go here. But this time, this server employee name Natalie is so rude. We’ve been waiting to get serve but this employee clean the food heating counter first with her towel rug. I just told her since she clean the counter with the rug can you just wash your hand since your giving us food instead she answered me like mad. A rug is a rug. You can clean the counter when there’s no customer in front of you because your serving food. That’s all i want to emply to her. But her face is so mad and the way she spoke with me.
This is not a good customer service at all!
Several teachers went on out lunch break from a training. Service was quick, the food was hot and fresh!
