Lazy workers. My husband and I sat outside waiting for them to open. 20 minutes over opening time we left. Its frustrating. I just got out of the hospital and needed something for me and the baby after a hard night. I thought it would be a simple few minute wait, but no they weren't set up,.laughing and screwing around. Watched us knock on the door and try to get their attention, they didnt care. Very disappointed. Taco bell got our business, we will never go.back here again and get disrespected and ignored again

Went in tonight and had a group of 3 in front of me. There was one young lady making the orders while simultaneously filling online orders. By the time she got to me I had been standing and waiting for 15 minutes. I did not have complicated order. A plate, bowl and large side of orange chicken and some rangoons. I'm told there is a wait for the orange chicken and chow mein(there was plenty when I asked for it but she used what was left to fill online orders) I say no problem and she has me pay. By this time there were about 5 separate groups behind me that had formed a line who were all served promptly even as more orange chicken and chow mein had come out. I proceeded to wait an additional 30 minutes! And only about half way through that did another worker come out to help the young lady. They finished the entire line plus additional online orders before finally completing mine(rangoons were missing but did not notice until we got home). I think the young lady saw that I was visibly irritated because she offered a free drink which was nice. Now I do not blame the young lady so much as whoever was the manager on shift. You see her struggling and a line backing up and it took a whole half hour for someone to come and help?! Absolutely ridiculous. On top of the missing rangoons some of the food was cold and the orange chicken we had been waiting on was over cooked and hard.

The food here used to be so much better. No flavor, fatty chicken. Jack in the box makes better egg rolls. So sad.

Make sure you check your receipts when you order from this location they overcharge you way too much when you don’t even order a high amount they overcharge you so check your receipts because they overcharge you and they’re very rude at this location and they don’t make it right even when you have the receipt to prove it unhappy customer here never again even talked to the manager there today at 1140 am unexceptable

I like Panda food. Stevie and the staff there are great. Very clean restaurant.
My only complaint is I don't feel like you get what you used to for the money. They changed the take out containers some time ago and their compartments don't hold as much.
I'd rather pay a little more and get the same amount of food than pay a little less AND get less.
This Shrink-flation business has to stop.

The building is clean. The serving size for the premium options are sad. I got the up charge steak. I got 3 giant mushroom and so little meat compared to any of the other sides. They did have to make the steak to my order, it was called out to be cooked before the 7 other things that were cooked before it. It took them 10 mins longer then the 5 minute wait time they said. Leaving the food, they already portioned to go cold before even leaving the building.

Always great and quick service! Yolanda, Maricruz, and Stevie are rockstars and make everyone feel welcomed! Marlon was doing great for his second day working and had a huge smile on his face while serving the food!

Got there at 9pm 05/09/2025 First i began to place order. I got almost last of cho-mein the lady calls back to cook needing more. Hes glued to his phone in the kitchen.... thats not part of health code. Then i continue to order my honey walnut shrimp and orange chicken with ragoons that were full in the bowl. Chicken chewy, shrimp was decent. Ragoons were cold and soggy. Place is going to shit with the cook to worried about being glued to the phone

I was given the wrong order after I insisted that it wasn’t mine. I was not only given the wrong plate, but was given a food item that I have an allergy to, making everything inedible. When I tried to call the store, no one answered at all.

Thia location has been consistently slipping. The service, food, and atmosphere and par. 3 main items weren't ready. Extra 7 min for teriyaki chicken.
