Three times in the past month I've been here, and each and every single time the noodles, the rice, and vegetables have all been severely undercooked to the point of being near inedible.
I don't know what's going on with this location in particular but you should not be rushing out food before it's fully cooked just to fill an empty bowl on the line, quite literally every other Panda Express that have been to in the area has had their food properly cooked except this one.

I always go here because it's the closes to my house. But the girl at the cashier is always mad, she ways has an attitude and a very rude face. And it's always the same . Never says hi or thank you. You can just tell by her face she hates her job. You can tell they don't care about customer service because obviously they still getting paid hourly but her attitude is hurting business. I visited Oct 1 2024 around noon.

I really enjoy Panda Express however this location is the absolute worse that I been to. The manager was standing at the register and didn't even acknowledge I was there ready to place an order. A person mopping the floor finally came to take my order. And when I was leaving one of the employees flipped me the bird. Please be aware of this location

My wife ordered pickup for her and myself. She went to pick it up, came home and my 2 item combo was short 1 item. So I had to go back with the untouched food . Once getting there and explaining I was short an item, one guy just starts scouping the missing item, I explain to him the rest of the food is now cold. All employees unapologetic, I guess they will only understand the frustration if it happens to them first hand. Otherwise pretty nonchalant about customer service. Will not be back. Support your small businesses.
