Ordered with the self order. Was very easy to navigate. A friend and I ordered the bread bowl with broccoli and cheese and it was excellent. The flavored teas were great and refreshing. Highly recommend.

Well this is usually someplace I can count on. But unfortunately not today. I ordered the Chipotle Egg & Avo. Great choice of flavors but I'm Extremely Disappointed.
My buzzer telling me my leal was ready NEVER WENT OFF.
So eventually I went to the pick up window and received MY COLD breakfast sandwich.
When I enquired.. I wasn't old someone had called my name several times from THE BACK.
SO WHY oh Why do you have a buzzer ?!
AND MOSTLY. CAN I GET MY $2 TIP BACK ?
WHY didn't someone come get me?

This was my first time trying this place out. My husband had a spinach strawberry salad. Some of the strawberries were pink almost white with very little taste. I got the Southwest salad thinking I like spicy foods. It was a very large salad. It was the blandest salad I've ever had. I know things are super expensive right now but two salads, two soft drinks were $40. That's crazy. It probably cost $2 to make the salad. Not impressed.

I had to go back several times because the coffee was empty on the counter. I had them refill the containers of different types of milk to add to the coffee. And then when I went to use the restroom the smell was absolutely disgusting. I have let the manager know to pour water into the hole in the restroom on the ground to minimize the smell. But they don't seem too to be doing that. And every time I go in that restroom smells absolutely gross.
I feel that being a customer in a restaurant, things should be kept refilled so that customers don't have to constantly remind. I also feel that management should take care of the stinky smells in the restrooms by daily checks and putting water down the pee hole. Maybe adding a pleasant deodorizer.

I made an online order for a ciabatta bacon egg and cheese sandwich, I customized it with egg white plus extra egg white. So I paid nearly $3 extra. Customizations area standard option on their online order form. When I picked up my order from the drive through, my ticket clearly said my sandwich with egg white plus extra egg white. Very hard to miss. I opened it and it was just one regular egg, so just the regular sandwich on their menu, no egg white at all. I’m going my drive through on my way to work in a hurry, but I turned around anyway to walk inside to hopefully get it fixed quickly. I was passed along to the manager who literally did not say sorry ONCE plus talks very condescending to me to let me know that what I ordered meant the regular sandwich with plus two extra egg whites, meaning egg white would be added not replace the regular egg white. Which…ok fine… but what they made is STILL wrong. Then she rolled her eyes, threw my current sandwich in the trash very blatantly, and told the workers there to make me a new one. Mind you I was extremely polite the whole time and was not trying to make a fuss at all, just wasn’t what I ordered and paid extra for. I politely told her that it seemed like she was trying to make me look like I was in the wrong, and she borderline yelled at me and told me that what I ordered isn’t what I’m not telling her I want. It was such a totally poor experience. It’s fine that my sandwich was made incorrectly, but just say sorry, ask me if I still want to keep the wrong sandwich or not before tossing it in the trash right in front of me, and don’t have an attitude to the customer after making their sandwich wrong. I’m one of the most reasonable, apologetic people/customers you’ll meet so for this to irk me this much you know it was an extremely poor experience. First time coming here and certainly the last. Manager seemed to have a chip on her shoulder, but not the time or place to display that. Hope this is a learning lesson for them in proper customer service etiquette.

You need manage the seating. When you have over 1/2 the tables filled with kids and younger adults on their computers watching videos and the elder customers can not find a place to sit is wrong. With this being a holiday weekend. It needs to be better.

I have been eating the Frontega Chicken for about 15 years, and they have recently changed the ingredients. It’s now very greasy and extremely salty, just like the service I received.
Been ordering same thing 3x/wk for 3 months (6 plain bagels, all sliced) - they get it right 1/3 of the time. Very slow - 17 plus minutes on NON busy days to slice 6 bagels . Staff is NOT friendly- they don’t care about customers, service or product. Used to be a great place!!!

Reminds me of home. I used to go frequently to this restaurant when it was St. Louis Bread Co when I lived in Missouri. I recommend nearly everything on the menu, especially the sandwiches.
