The woman at the drive-through I don’t know if she’s a manager or what but she’s so rude. She doesn’t even say anything when she hands your food and so condescending when she does for absolutely no reason. I go somewhat frequently and every time it’s her she’s just so rude and condescending makes me not even wanna go there anymore.

I go to this place and it use to be so good, and I SWARE they’ve only messed up my sandwich maybe 2 times until recently. I say NO PICKLES EVER because my skin will have a flare out. Lately they’ve just been so bad at not putting the pickle there and it means I waisted 12$ on a Sandwich. I’ve waisted at least 30$ on sandwiches I’ve had to throw away. Whole thing was soggy with that pickle juice and made my skin flare up. I hate leaving angry reviews but I’m just so done cuz I waisted money on this place when the quality is going down and the prices are up. This goes over all paneras when I say DO BETTER PANERA!!!

I got food poisoning from this location about a week ago, it was the only place that I ate at that day. I did not even eat any other food besides Panera bread. The next day I ended up in the hospital, vomiting, blood, and when I went to report it to Panera bread, they seemed Less than interested with what was going on. They did not believe me. They said that their temperatures are checked every day which very well may be true however, if it’s not a computerized system, how do I know that person read that right number and he said everybody knows how to read here first of all I don’t need your attitude OK second of all you could’ve at least given me a refund for my food that I did purchase could’ve been at least a little bit more empathetic at the fact that I end up in the hospital due to your employees lack of giving a shit about their customers and the quality of their food I’ve never in my life had such a bad experience at Panera bread I will never come to this location again if I ever eat a Panera bread again.
I love Panera. It’s chain but it’s my favourite American sandwich chain all the same. Does it make sense that you get a side bread for your bread? No. Do I love it all the same ? Heck yes. I got the turkey avocado BLT & a half Cesar salad. The bread was perfectly moist & the sandwich was fun of flavour. It tasted fresh. The bread side? Delicious. The chips meh im not a chip person but they were crispy and kettly all the same. I ordered at the counter because I can’t be bothered with their little ordering kiosks. Clean in this location. Not overly busy. Friendly staff. Clean washrooms.

Went thru drive thru, waited for 15 minutes for 1 car ahead of me to order and get their 1 small sack and 1 drink. They handed me my salad, I said is the bread and receipt inside. Yes they are. Got home breads inside but no receipt. The southwest salad was only 2/3 rds full, compared to what I have gotten before at this location. Have had other issues at Panera bread, very overpriced. Will never go to Panera again.
