Great place, really could use a store in East Mesa, either Recker and McDowell or Power and McKellips. Help!!!

Family and I like coming here on Saturdays for brunch. Never had a bad experience until today, bad service and cold food how unfortunate! Pastries were hard and stale

Spent over $70 for our food to be cold and incomplete. The lady serving the plates clearly looked bothered when we asked for the items we were missing.

Food was delicious, the front worker taking my order was amazing and super nice, and I liked how I could tell when my food was getting prepared and ready. The only problem was the amount of time I had to wait but the soups made up the time I had to wait cause they were perfect!

I ordered the Asian chicken salad without the cilantro and there wasn't any in my salad which was exactly how I wanted it.

I don’t get the problem at this store for them to act like such snobs and for their work to be Complete trash. Maybe instead of socializing, they should get back to work.

Maybe let people know you’re paying $4+ for a child’s size drink, next time…actually there won’t be one

Mgr has bad attitude (name similar to Kristin).

I am a member of the Sip Club and every time I go they tell me that I'm not a member. The day I signed up for the sip club I was given an offer to buy one pastry and get one free. Every time I get on the app it'll tell me Hi S

Sunday June 30 we went through the drive-thru and ordered two pastries and coffee.

The pastries were stale and the coffee was lukewarm and tasted like it had been sitting for a long time. Now I'm glad I didn't get the street corn soup or whatever that's called. There were a lot of recent complaints about the quality of the food and management. I would suggest not going on a Sunday because the pastries tasted like they were from the day before.

I'll try to cancel my sip club so they don't charge me in 3 months. The quality of this food is worse than McDonald's

Horrible, I placed a order online to eat inside, they have me waiting 20 mins, just because I went to the counter and asked for my order. To be told that they dont have the soup available. An unapologetic manager refunded me the money with a motionless face. Customer service should start with the manager and down to the team

Liz is awesome. Spotted me from across the room, while on her break, looking irritated. Took it upon herself to ask me if I needed help. And I absolutely did. She’s wonderful. Whoever hired her.., great job for real!!Thank you.

Beautiful adaptation of their iterated restaurant design. Panera has come a long way.

Charging $10 for HALF a sandwich that was so small & had almost no meat is insane! It was smaller than the small piece of plain bread they included. *See photo. A small desert plate was way too big for this sandwich, I don't know how they charge $10 with a straight face. We won't be going back.
