Tonight 12/9/25 I ordered turkey cheddar sandwich which is my favorite, I got home to find out they forgot to put turkey in the sandwich. :’(
Since posting this review, the company has reached out (quickly) to let me know they are working to improve and also offered to make things right. I added a star for that. I’m part of their sip club and frequent many different locations. I’ll be checking back in to see if I need to delete this review and give them a higher rating 🙂
First, you’d think you would be greeted with a hello and a smile at a business establishment. Not here. That’s whatever lol
You can tell they subcontract a window cleaning company, which is always nice. But then I get inside and see that it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for at least a couple days. Especially the bathroom. And I got here right at 7 AM. So there’s no way anyone created that mess before I got there. After seeing that I’m afraid to even drink the coffee. Forget about ordering any food! 🤢
placed an online order and they waited until i got to the location to tell me that they were out of the main thing i wanted. this location is such a disappointment everytime, im going to drive the extra couple minutes to val vista to go to cafe zupas.

The mac n cheese is $7 after tax for a small bowl same size as a KFC mac n cheese. Its good but not worth the price. $15 for half a sandwich and small mac is not worth it. I come here once maybe 3 times a yr.

worst Panera location they suck at customer service. they could not find my order i had to go through the drive thru twice all for them to magically find it the second time. i’m late for break and the manager didn’t even apologize. my order was ready at 12:47 it’s 1:05.
They don’t brew decaf coffee here past 2pm which is one of the reasons I prefer the Dana Park location. Otherwise, it’s what you can expect at a Panera. Employees are nice and the drive thru is convenient.

Did the drive thru. Order came out quickly. As I was pulling out, Jake ran over and asked us to check our order, an item was incorrect. He went back, brought the item to us. And we went home impressed and happy! He went the extra mile, great job!!

Great place, really could use a store in East Mesa, either Recker and McDowell or Power and McKellips. Help!!!

Family and I like coming here on Saturdays for brunch. Never had a bad experience until today, bad service and cold food how unfortunate! Pastries were hard and stale

Spent over $70 for our food to be cold and incomplete. The lady serving the plates clearly looked bothered when we asked for the items we were missing.

Food was delicious, the front worker taking my order was amazing and super nice, and I liked how I could tell when my food was getting prepared and ready. The only problem was the amount of time I had to wait but the soups made up the time I had to wait cause they were perfect!
