They have order kiosks, but there was a human being at the register taking orders, so we got in line behind them. The clerk looked at us, said she was just too busy to take more orders and everyone needed to use the kiosks. Voted with our feet and went elsewhere!

My croissant was literally frozen in the middle and my smoothie was laughable when it came to the size for the price you pay. I can literally get better tasting and better quality food at a QT kitchen.

I arrived at Mesa a little early for my flight back to Michigan and needed a quick bite and some coffee. Panera was the perfect choice. Ordering through the kiosk was super easy—I paid right there, and my order was ready in under two minutes. Fast, friendly, and efficient. Great job, staff!

Wow just wow, where do I even start; Its like my whole life I was sitting down and then today I stood up to partake in the experience that was Panera Bread Mesa Gateway. With a kind staff and an excellent meal I was thrust into a truly magnificent dining experience. With the first bite of my chicken bacon rancher, an explosion of flavor unlike anything I had ever known, like there was a party in my mouth and all my taste buds were invited, not to mention their charming staff. If I could eat here for every meal I would six stars. Full stop

I usually get mac and cheese with A baguette, however they Said they didn’t have any baguettes, even though they had a whole stack of them sitting in front where they take orders. I understand if they need to be made, but I wouldn’t put them in person’s view if you have them but are deciding not to bake them. So i got the mac and cheese with chips. Waited almost 30 minutes while i watched everyone else get there orders before me. I know all they do is heat the mac and cheese up so as a service worker myself it should never take that long. Once i Finally get my food I’m starving and all I wanna do is eat. It’s cold and extremely watery. I didn’t even want to eat it. I paid with a gift card so its not that big of a loss. But i know panera can do better.

i ordered a grilled cheese and it was super smushed and made with 2 bread end pieces. normally panera grilled cheeses are fluffy but this was awful and overpriced. my tomato soup also had no croutons

KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS!!! I flew out of this airport on March 5th. I went to Panera and ordered a Large Fuji Apple Chicken salad and grabbed a bottle of green tea from the cooler. I paid my tab, collected my food and went to my flight. I ate my food in the boarding area and threw my trash away along with my receipt. A few days later, I noticed that I had been charged $76.00 for my meal. Apparently because I tossed my receipt, I'm out this money.
