No human interaction, forced to use a kiosk and kiosk could not meet my needs. No one in line was pleased with the service or interaction. What is the purpose of having a business to serve people if you refuse to even talk or interact with someone? I just wanted to get some eggs without toast but the kiosk would not allow it
The young man running the counter this morning at Mesa Gateway Airport was amazing!! I had and egg, cheese bacon croissant. Yummy too!!

We were using the kiosks and they are never fun. The lady asked if we wanted to come up to order since no one was around. We couldn’t order a hot chocolate without being a member. This is the worst idea for customers. This will make me come less due to the inconvenience, not make us come more. The coffee tastes burnt. The hot chocolate lid was cracked and as a result, it dropped out of our child’s hand and we had a bad start to the day. The staff did not look at the lids/the company ordered crap lids that cracked. The management also forced us to be members to order the hot chocolate. Not a better deal. They literally refused to provide us hot chocolate without being a member.

They have order kiosks, but there was a human being at the register taking orders, so we got in line behind them.
The clerk looked at us, said she was just too busy to take more orders and everyone needed to use the kiosks.
Voted with our feet and went elsewhere!

Staff were professional in appearance.
My croissant was literally frozen in the middle and my smoothie was laughable when it came to the size for the price you pay. I can literally get better tasting and better quality food at a QT kitchen.

Always clean! Really great brownies! (No nuts, but sometimes sprinkles!) The pecan braid is where it’s at if you like nuts though!

Usually love going here but this is the second time my apple has been rotting when I received it. Very disappointing.

I arrived at Mesa a little early for my flight back to Michigan and needed a quick bite and some coffee. Panera was the perfect choice. Ordering through the kiosk was super easy—I paid right there, and my order was ready in under two minutes. Fast, friendly, and efficient. Great job, staff!

Don’t eat here. My family and I got food poisoning from this place yesterday!
Great place, really could use a store in East Mesa, either Recker and McDowell or Power and McKellips. Help!!!
Food was good, service was super slow. They didnt want to give us silverware for your soup and Mac n cheese

Wow just wow, where do I even start; Its like my whole life I was sitting down and then today I stood up to partake in the experience that was Panera Bread Mesa Gateway. With a kind staff and an excellent meal I was thrust into a truly magnificent dining experience. With the first bite of my chicken bacon rancher, an explosion of flavor unlike anything I had ever known, like there was a party in my mouth and all my taste buds were invited, not to mention their charming staff. If I could eat here for every meal I would six stars. Full stop

Kindest most helpful staff I have ever interacted with, got my order extremely fast, some might even say too fast, if I could give this location more than 5 stars I would
