If the order screen says I csn have dr. Pepper. But they don't carry dr pepper. That's false advertising and very disappointing. Can't being anything through security.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. We ordered a coffee, a hot chocolate, a scone, and a breakfast sandwich. We placed the order at 6:55am and didn’t get it until 7:33am. Our plane started boarding at 7:25am. Everyone behind us was served first. When I inquired as to where the order was they said they were just waiting on the drinks. They gave us the sandwich and scone and it still took another 8 minutes to get the drinks. The drinks weren’t hot and the hot chocolate tasted like watered down plain milk. It was disgusting. The sandwich and scone were ok. When I said we’d been waiting over 30 minutes they said, “Yeah, we have a lot of stuff going on in the back.” The manager was inattentive to his employees just milling around talking with no sense of urgency. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

We came thru for a flight and I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese croissant sandwich this morning at 6:15.. It was missing the sausage and the bread was burned. I ended up tossing it. It tasted like cardboard. I was so disappointed. I order thru here every time I fly from here. Not sure I will in the future.

The food was such a disappointment, there was so little meat on my sandwich. This Panera is in the airport so I had no time to go back and say anything.

First had to wait on kiosk..then took forever to get order. Walked to gate and realized order was wrong. So I checked to be sure not my mistake...it wasn't. So then walked from gate to panara...then they couldn't toast ...took un toasted. What a joke for the price

Ordered a scone someone by the name Crystal was at the cash register she really shouldn't be working up front with the customers. No customer service skills ?
Ordered scone and it was like a brick! Doughy and not fresh. No cream for coffee and employees were not friendly. Will not eat here again.

Wow where to start. Asked for bagel sliced and toasted and I’m met with sliced and seemingly heated, I ordered orange and mint tea only to be told there was none. Just horrible service. And don’t get me started on no cold teas or juices. Not everyone drinks hot tea or coffee. Wake up. As a sip club member this is beyond unacceptable

Would leave zero. 8 employees tota herel. We were the only order on the screen, ordered a sandwich and a soup and it took a bit over ten minutes. Dining area was greasy and dirty. Food is was totally disappointing. I have small hands and this sandwich cost me $13 bucks. Bottom of the barrel for airport food.

The only reason I didn't rate it a zero is because it wasn't an option. They don't tell u until after your order is ready that they are out of tea and baguettes or anything else for that matter. When I asked why they didn't tell us iwhen we ordered it's because he said the baguettes are free. We spent $65, I don't think that means free. Stay away if u can. Awful customer service.

I love Panera Bread and ordered a bear claw before my flight. It was the worse piece of cardboard I have ever eaten. Hard, dry and could barely break it in half. Must have been sitting out for days. Very disappointed.

Disgustingly snotty staff with bad attitudes. Staff have zero product knowledge or customer service skills to back up their haughtiness. Dont waste your money
